The promotion is sponsored by Sinclair Oil LLC (referred to hereinafter as “Sinclair”, “Sinclair Oil”, or “Sponsor”). Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other companies or agencies associated with the Promotion (such as advertising, promotion, prize providers, fulfillment or judging agencies), together, hereinafter will be referred to as the “Promotion Entities.”

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's (“Entrant” or “you” or “your”) full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions and interpretations of the Promotion   Entities, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Any Entrant who violates these Official Rules shall be subject to disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Promotion Entities also reserve the right to disqualify any person for behavior that is, at the Promotion Entities’ sole discretion, considered outside the bounds of appropriate behavior relating to the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day and a limit of one (1) prize per person.

Winning Participants who enters the sweepstakes as set forth herein will win max discount value of $90, $3 off per gallon on max fill of 30 gallons through DINOPAY and (3) $.20 cpg promo codes to share with family and friends in DINOPAY. Max discount value of $6 per promo code, total of $18 max value.  Total potential value of $108 per winner. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of the states of NY, RI and FL, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and excluding at Sinclair gas stations in NY, RI and FL. Employees and agents of Sinclair Oil, and its present and future direct and indirect parents, affiliates, successors, partners and subsidiaries (“Employee(s)”) are not eligible to participate. The immediate families or household members of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is governed by U.S. law, is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion , all non-Employee eligible entrants must do the following:
1. Follow entry rules provided on No Purchase Necessary Entry page or use DINOPAY to make a transaction;
2. By entering entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions / Official Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VALIDATION: The prize winners will be chosen at random and will receive notification of prize won. Winner may receive an email from Sinclair requesting additional information. Winner will have three (3) calendar days from notification to respond. Sinclair is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses and undelivered messages.  All potential Winners are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes will be fulfilled within 60 days and delivered directly to entrants DINOPAY® account or for No Purchase Necessary Winners in the form of a check. Winners will be informed via email prior to delivery of Prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected or delayed email notification.

All federal, state and local taxes from the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

By entering the Promotion you agree that Sponsor and its agents will not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in this Promotion or acceptance or use/misuse of any prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to damages of all kind.

 

Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by it and its agents for purposes of the proper administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, posted at @sinclairoilcorp.
