CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 11/13/20. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

Cat Country 98.7 and Fishbein Foundation have partnered together to bring confident smiles to the children throughout Cat Country through The Fishbein Foundations Embraces Initiative. Cat Country 98.7 and The Fishbein Foundation will award complimentary treatment to students in the counties of Escambia County, FL, Santa Rosa County, FL and Okaloosa County, FL.
A student can be nominated at www.catcountry987.com, or www.fishortho.com or on Facebook/Instagram by submitting an official nomination form shared via social posts.
Each Month throughout 2021 beginning February 9th, Cat Country ask for nominations on air through the first three weeks of each month. Educators in the three-county area may submit nomination online. Entries will be shared with Fishbein Foundation representatives each month and selected by the Fishbein team. Each month one submission will be chosen to receive fully complimentary orthodontic treatment from The Fishbein Foundation, Embraces Initiative.

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners between the years of 7 and 18 years old. Winners can win prize one time. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and at least 7 years old as determined by the Company and reside in either Escambia, Santa Rosa or Okaloosa County school districts. Only one (1) entry per person. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim a prize, recipient will contact Fishbein Foundation representative to set up consultation appointment. Winner additionally must complete the eligibility forms, Station waiver and release forms, and IRS W-9 form.
