1. Description of the Giveaway: The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority (the “Port Authority”) is giving away one (1) roundtrip airline ticket, to eight (8) winners, (total value not to exceed $300 if traveling in 2027, or $350 if travel begins in 2026) to the winners’ choice of Orlando Sanford, Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, Sarasota Bradenton, or St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida on Allegiant during the TOL Winter Sweepstakes. The winner’s of the tickets will be determined by Port Authority administrators of the Sweepstakes. 

2. Eligibility:  This TOL Winter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”), age 21 and older and located in the Territory at the time of entry. The Port Authority’s respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Sweepstake Parties”), and their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize, Entrance, and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):  

1. One (1) roundtrip airline ticket for travel on Allegiant to Orlando Sanford, Florida; Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, Florida; Sarasota Bradenton, Florida; or St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida from Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport (TOL); Total ARV: $300. 
2. To enter, visit www.toledoexpress.com/contests between November 9, 2026, starting at 12 a.m. EST and ending on November 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST and fill out the required form. The winners will be randomly selected via a generator on Woobox and contacted via email on November 24, 2026. Winners will have two (2) days from the date/time they are contacted to claim the prize before another winner is chosen. One entry per person is permitted.
3. The winners must contact the Port Authority by emailing contactus@toledoport.org or calling 419-243-8251 no later than December 21, 2026, to book travel. The winner is to choose three dates between the date they are notified of their prize and May 27, 2027, to fly. Additional tickets must be purchased separately. Flights, routes, and travel dates are subject to availability, and this prize does not guarantee a specific flight, route, or travel timeframe. Any costs exceeding the prize amount is the responsibility of the winner. Any unused amounts of the prize will be forfeited. The winners will be responsible for the payment of any additional taxes that apply to the ticket as well as any incidentals or expenses. The winners will be required to sign legal documentation before the ticket can be claimed. There is no cash alternative and the tickets must be taken as offered. No substitution of the tickets is permitted. Stated ARV is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Actual value may vary. In the event actual value is less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded. 
4. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstake Parties, Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport, Allegiant, and the City of Toledo from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in this Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. You acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Furthermore, Sweepstakes Parties, Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport, Allegiant, and the City of Toledo, are not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute tickets due to such cancellations or delays. The winners fully release and discharge the Sweepstakes Parties, Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport, Allegiant, and the City of Toledo and their respective directors, officers, and employees from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to his/her participation in this Sweepstakes.

4. Additional Conditions for Travel Prize Winner: The Port Authority is not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions or accommodation requests or any other circumstance beyond their control, or for inability of winners to travel in accordance with these Official Rules. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, assigned seating, baggage, hotel, car rental, meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, resort fees, transportation, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners are responsible (at their expense) for ensuring that they have valid required travel documentation. The winners must comply with all airline and security requirements. Additional terms and conditions located at www.allegiantair.com apply to air travel. 

5. All participants must agree to these Official Rules in order to be eligible for this Giveaway. Entering this Giveaway constitutes agreement to the Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by the Giveaway results, which are final and binding in all respects.

6. By participating in the Giveaway, the winners authorize the Giveaway Parties to use his/her/their name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and any medium, including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers, television, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage which may be deemed appropriate without compensation. 

7. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and associated taxes with the prizes won. The Port Authority reserves the right to change or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice. The Sweepstakes submissions will become the property of the Port Authority upon receipt and will not be returned after the Sweepstakes.

8. The Port Authority is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. The Port Authority is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind. The Port Authority is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to display Sweepstakes materials on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in this Giveaway and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Giveaway; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of this Giveaway or the processing of entries. 

10. Severability & Conflicts: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials or made by any representative of the Port Authority, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
