Eligibility

1. Entry is open to all persons permanently resident in Ireland who hold a full and valid passport and are aged 18 and over at the point of entry.
2. Entry is only open to persons with a date of birth of 24 June. 
3. Eligibility excludes employees or contractors of loveholidays, its respective group companies, their immediate family and friends or anyone professionally connected to the business and this Prize Draw.
4. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize, should you win.

How to Enter

1. Internet access is required to participate. To enter, entrants must visit https://woobox.com/abf47e and submit their full name as it appears on their passport, a valid email address and confirm their date of birth. Please note that this email address must be the same email address used to enter the Prize Draw. 
2. Only one entry per valid email address per person is permitted, and any additional entries per valid email address per person will be deemed void. 
3. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be deemed void.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, loveholidays does not take any responsibility for incomplete bookings and incomplete bookings will not be valid for entry into the prize draw. Loveholidays accepts no responsibility for any bookings which are not completed for any reason.
5. The Promoter may exclude participants or revoke entry into the Prize Draw if it believes these terms and conditions have been breached, or if it suspects any fraudulent activity. 

The Draw

1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is We Love Holidays Europe Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland (company registration number IE 643515), with its registered office at Unit 9, Oriel Hub, Finnabair Industrial Estate, Dundalk, Louth, Ireland, A91 A3NF, trading as loveholidays. Entry into the Prize Draw is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering the Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The winner will be chosen by loveholidays in a random computer-generated draw (via Woobox) after the Prize Draw closes on 24 June 2026. The winner must ensure that they hold a passport that is valid for any travel booked, plus 6 months, and that they are not subject to any restriction which may impact their ability to travel.
3. The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 8 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 24 June 2026. Entries outside of this window will not be considered.
4. The winner will be selected and notified via email by 23:59 on 24 July. If no reply is received within 7 calendar days of notification by email, the prize may be offered to other entrants.
5. The prize is for the named winner only and is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be given. 
6. The winner will be required to verify their identity and their date of birth by providing a copy of official documentation to confirm they are born on the 24 June. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age and residency. Following satisfactory verification, all copies of documentation provided by the winner will be deleted and not retained by loveholidays. Please see the section on Data Protection & Publicity for more information about the way loveholidays’ handles information. 
7. loveholidays accepts no responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

The Prize

1. The prize on offer is as follows: There are 10 prizes to be won, each comprising a €2,000 single-use digital discount voucher. These can be applied to flight and hotel package bookings made through loveholidays.ie or our official app. All vouchers remain valid for a period of 12 months following issuance. While the holiday itself may occur later, the booking must be confirmed prior to the voucher’s expiration, after which it will be void and unusable.
   
    
2. The prize excludes anything else other than stated (including travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses). Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
3. The voucher will be provided as a single use voucher code, sent to the winning email address. The voucher can only be redeemed on loveholidays.ie or on the loveholidays app. 
4. When redeeming the voucher, the winner must be named as the Lead Passenger on the booking. 
5. A valid credit card will be requested upon arrival at the hotel to cover any incidentals and local taxes/charges and resort fees that are not included as part of the prize.

Data Protection & Publicity  

1. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in loveholidays’ privacy policy available at https://www.loveholidays.ie/privacy-policy, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. It is not compulsory to sign up to the loveholidays newsletter or any other offers. If, however, you tick 'Sign up to loveholidays newsletter', you agree to receive marketing communications from loveholidays, terms apply for our privacy policy. 
3. The winner's full name and county may be published by loveholidays on its website, blog, social channels and/or email communications. 
4. Prize Draw participants should notify loveholidays within 2 days of being notified of winning the draw if they object to such intended publication of the winner’s details or wish to restrict it in any way. If you object, please contact loveholidays at social@loveholidays.com at the time of prize acceptance. In such circumstances, loveholidays must still provide the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) on request.

Exclusions and Limitations of Liability 

1. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or Facebook
2. Loveholidays reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part at any time. We will endeavour to give entrants as much notice as we reasonably can. 
3. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant abides by these rules. The decision of loveholidays is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the decision. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit loveholidays’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, loveholidays will not be legally responsible to Prize Draw entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to loveholidays or the entrant at the time of entry to the competition or which are caused by a third party.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
