Official Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw (“Promotion”) is Rollover Limited Registered in England No. 02606878. Registered Office: 1st Floor Belmont House, Belmont Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1HE. (“Promoter”).
The prize provider is Element London Ltd. Registered in England No. 7073848. Registered Office: 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL. (“Prize Provider”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their immediate families, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, including proof of age, identity, and address.
3. Acceptance of Terms
3.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. Main Prize Period
4.1 The main prize draw opens at 10am on Monday 6th July and closes at 11.59pm on Monday 17th August (“Main Prize Period”).
4.2 Entries received after the end of the Main Prize Period will not be accepted for the main prize draw but will enter the late prize draw - Entries between 18th August at 0.00 BST – 14th September at 23.59 will be eligible to participate in the late prize draw (“Late Prize Draw Date”). Entries received after 15th September at 0.00 will not be accepted for the late prize draw.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit www.instagram.com/rolloverhotdogs and click on the competition link or go directly to: http://woobox.com/afszwq and fill in your details to be submitted into the draw.
5.2 No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified.
5.4 The use of automated systems, bots, or third-party services to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
6. Prize
6.1 There will be one (1) main prize winner and ten (10) late prize winners.
6.2 The main prize winner will receive a Barcelona family adventure prize package for two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years old, including:
Return economy flights from London, United Kingdom to Barcelona, Spain;
Return airport transfers in Barcelona;
Three (3) nights’ four-star (4*) hotel accommodation in Barcelona based on sharing one family room;
A private parkour class (2 hours) including instructor;
An urban adventure experience (2 hours) including all equipment and briefing;
Admission to a top science museum;
Dinner at a rooftop restaurant to the value of £65 GBP (€75 EUR) per person;
Travel insurance allowance of up to £80 GBP.
6.3 The late prize will consist of ten (10) individual prizes of a “Spider-Man” themed travel umbrella.
6.4 The main prize is subject to the following conditions:
The main prize is for two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 16;
The recipients must travel together on the same itinerary;
At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over;
Any traveller under 18 years old must have parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
Flights are economy class from major international airports in London only, inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties;
Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available;
Flight itineraries and airline selections will be determined by the Prize Provider at its sole discretion;
Travel to and from the departure airport, including any associated costs such as fuel, parking, or public transport, is not included and remains the responsibility of the winner and guests;
Accommodation is based on quadruple occupancy in one family room at a four-star hotel in Barcelona;
Accommodation selection is at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider;
Accommodation excludes meals (unless expressly stated), drinks, gratuities, incidentals, telephone charges, and personal expenses;
The main prize excludes visas, additional insurance, excursions, treatments, attractions not specifically listed, spending money, and all other costs not expressly stated as included;
All main prize elements are subject to availability;
If any element of the main prize becomes unavailable, the Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value;
The main prize winner must provide three preferred travel dates across three separate months no later than six (6) weeks prior to departure;
The travel insurance allowance of up to £80 GBP will only be reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt for the purchased policy;
It is the main prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen insurance policy adequately covers the travelling party;
All elements of the main prize must be taken at the same time;
Once booked, the main prize cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled;
The main prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered;
All travellers must hold passports valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel;
Any required visas or additional travel documentation are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
The main prize cannot be taken during the following blackout periods:
21 December to 4 January;
UK public holidays;
Easter Sunday.
The main prize must be redeemed and all travel completed within twelve (12) months of winner notification;
Participants in the parkour class should be in good physical condition and the session will be tailored to ability;
Minimum age, weight, or safety restrictions may apply to elements of the urban adventure experience;
Dinner at the rooftop restaurant is provided to the value of £65 GBP per person, inclusive of service charge.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 The main prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Main Prize Period.
7.2 The main prize draw will take place within 7 days of the Main Prize Period closing date.
7.3 The late prize draw will take place within 7 days of the Late Prize Draw Date.
7.4 The winner(s) will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
7.5 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
8.1 Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion without additional compensation.
8.2 The Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winners where legally required.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Any personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or Prize Provider for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
9.2 Personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be processed in accordance with the Prize Provider’s privacy policy available at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/
9.3 Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Provider accepts responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Provider exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the prize.
10.3 By entering the Promotion, you agree to forever and irrevocably indemnify and release COLUMBIA TRISTAR MARKETING GROUP, INC. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensees from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion, the main prize and/or the late prize.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
11.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
