Ride the Hiawatha Contest

Official Rules:

Contest submission period begins May 13, 2022, and ends July 15, 2022. Users are invited to enter online through the official contest page located at RideTheHiawatha.com/WIN using their name, email address, phone number, date of birth, city, state and zip code. Only one entry per email address is allowed during the contest period. Participants can earn 3 additional entries for each successful referral entry. One winner will be chosen from the entries received. The winner will receive a prize package consisting of Route of the Hiawatha Trail: Family of 4 Trail & Shuttle tickets, Bike Rental, Helmet, Light, Lunch (expires 9/18/22) Value $585; Silverwood Theme Park: Day passes for 4 (expires 9/25/22) Value $304; Wallace Inn: 1 night stay for 4, (expires 9/18/22) Value $220; Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises: 4 Daily Scenic Cruise (90 minutes) or St Joe River Cruise tickets (no expiration) Value $97; Timberline Adventures: Family of 4 Pack of ziplining (expires 10/22/2022) Value $500; Row Adventures: Prize is for 4 people on the Clark Fork Rafting Trip between June 10th and August 22nd (expires 8/22/22) Value $428; Triple Play Family Fun Park: 4 Day passes, including waterpark plus 3 nights hotel (expires 12/31/22) Value $1,025. Prize package total value = $3,159. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on July 15th, 2022. Winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win. Contestants must fully complete the entry form in order to be considered a finalist. Contestants are responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete contact information (i.e. phone number, email address, etc.) at time of contest entry. Winners will be notified by the email or phone number provided at the time of entry. In the event that the winner does not respond to contact by the deadline set by Route of the Hiawatha, the prize will be forfeited. Route of the Hiawatha and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected emails during attempts to contact winner. Winner must provide full name, date of birth, valid address, and valid phone number in order to collect prize(s). No mechanically or mass-produced entries will be accepted. Route of the Hiawatha and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries. Route of the Hiawatha and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for cheating or fraud by contestants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the contest, or to defraud Route of the Hiawatha and/or affiliated sponsors in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Contestants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. Route of the Hiawatha reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contestants must be 21 years of age or older.

Employees, interns, and independent contractors of Route of the Hiawatha affiliated sponsors, and employee affiliates and their immediate families and significant others or employees of participating trades are not eligible to enter or participate in the use or enjoyment of any prize.

Non-compliance with rules may result in disqualification. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes will be permitted. If winner forfeits prize for any reason, Route of the Hiawatha is not obligated to award the prize to another winner.

Route of the Hiawatha and affiliated sponsors are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes. Route of the Hiawatha also reserves the right to not award prizes to contestants who have, in the sole judgment of Route of the Hiawatha, failed to comply with terms of any contests run by Route of the Hiawatha.

Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal applicable taxes, meals, all gratuities, and incidental expenses arising from this contest.

By participating in this contest, contestants grant Route of the Hiawatha permission and the right to publicize and/or broadcast contestant’s name, character, likeness, voice, submitted photo and story, and fact that he/she has participated in or won an Route of the Hiawatha contest without any entire compensation.

By accepting any prize, winner releases Route of the Hiawatha and affiliated sponsors from any and all liabilities associated with said prize.

By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these rules. Route of the Hiawatha reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest at any time without notice. There is no purchase necessary to win. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Prize will be mailed by Route of the Hiawatha within 30 days of being notified.
