Easter Scan and Win – Maddington Central                                                                           

1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.            
2. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia. 
3. The competition is being run by Retail Property Management ABN: BRE ABN: 64 003 205 552, Level 25, QV1, 25St Georges Terrace, Perth WA (“CBRE”) (“CBRE”) on behalf of Realside Property Pty - Maddington Central ABN: 60 634 585 210
4. The Easter Scan and Win (“the competition”) commences at 9am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)on 1st of March
5. The closing time for entering the competition is 9 am AWST on  1st of March
6. Entry to the competition is limited to customers that reside in Perth, WA
7. To enter the competition, the entrant must enter via https://woobox.com/cdfwd7  
8. Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet or phone.
9. Entrants may only enter the competition once.
10. There will be one prize. This prize will be a $250 Maddington Central gift card
11. There will be one competition at 9 am AWST on  1st April 2026 at Maddington Central. The competition will be woobox selection, and the winner will have their details published at www.maddingtoncentral.com.au on the same date for a period of 28 days. 
12.  The prize winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw by the email address supplied by the entrant on the submission form and will be advised of the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected. 
13. The prize may be collected in person by the prize winner or may be mailed/couriered
14. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, or CBRE is unable to contact the winner after numerous attempts over the 7 day period, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 10 days, in the same location, and by the same method. Redraws will continue in the same manner until prize winners have claimed all prizes.
15.  If a prize winner who has been contacted, informed they have won the prize, and agreed to collect the prize, does not collect the prize within 14 days of this contact, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 10 days, in the same location, and by the same method.
16. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
17. Entering the competition, the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.
18. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
19. In the event of any confusion or challenge relating to the winner or the prize, CBRE's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
20. CBRE accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize. 
21.  If applicable, any personal information provided by an entrant to CBRE for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with CBRE’s privacy policy (located at www.cbre.com.au/about-us/pacific-privacy-policy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
22. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
