1. This prize draw is being promoted by Stewart Travel, a trading name of Stewart Travel Ltd, 20 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 5AP. Registered in Scotland No. SC400502.
2. Completing and submitting details on the competition entry form on the Stewart Travel website is the only way to enter this prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. Maximum of one entry per email address, plus bonus referral entries.
4. The prize draw entry period commences on 27 December 2023 and ends on 31 January 2024 at 23:59.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 18, UK resident, and eligible to travel.
6. Employees or agents of Stewart Travel Ltd or Beachcomber Tours, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
7. By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.
8. The prize consists of a 7-night stay for 2 adults in a lead-in-room category on a half board basis at the Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa with return economy flights from the UK.
9. Upgrade prices for room, number of passengers and board basis are available.
10. The prize cannot be extended.
11. The prize is subject to availability, with travel to be completed by 31 January 2025. Exclusion dates: 10-24 February 2024, 23 March-14 April 2024, 21 October-06 November 2024, 20 December 2024-08 January 2025. All other dates remain on a request basis and subject to hotel occupancy and availability at the time of booking.
12. Stewart Travel reserves the right to amend the prize or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
13. The prize is non-transferable; the named prize winner must travel.
14. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.

16. Stewart Travel will select 1 prize winner at random on 01 February 2024. The winners will be notified by email within 7 working days.
17. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact the prize winner using the contact details provided, but if there is no response within 7 days of the initial notification, they will be disqualified, and another winner may be selected at Stewart Travel’s discretion.
18. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
