SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD

The Stella Rosa® Maddie & Tae Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am PST on June 21, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm PST on July 31, 2021 (the “The Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes period, visit stellarosa.com/maddieandtae and follow all entry instructions on the entry form, agree to the official rules, and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (The “Entry”). 

Limit: one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of Stella Rosa® and will not be acknowledged or returned. All collected data is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. 

PRIZES 

Grand prize, 1 winner: 2 tickets to a Maddie & Tae concert (date, location TBD), in-person meet & greet with Maddie & Tae, autographed bottle of Stella Rosa. Airfare included, if necessary.

Additional prizes: 4 winners plus 4 of their friends will be awarded a virtual meet and greet with Maddie & Tae and an autographed bottle of Stella Rosa.

*If alcohol shipping restrictions apply to your state, you’ll receive the equal dollar amount of the wine in additional merchandise. 

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION

The winners will be selected at random during the first week of August 2021 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

 The winners will be notified by the email they submitted in their entry, and they will have 72 hours to respond back to Stella Rosa® acknowledging communication and claiming their prize. The winner may be contacted via phone with one last chance to claim their prize by the number they provided in the form. If the winner does not respond within the 72 hour window, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen instead. The winner may be asked to fill out a Publicity Release form, as well as any other forms as required by Stella Rosa®. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. An alternate winner will be chosen if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules.

RELEASE; ARBITRATION

As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that (1) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, and any claims, judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually via mediation or arbitration, without resort to any form class action; and (3) in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS OF EACH, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO OR ARISE OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF PRIZES, OR ANY PRIZE-RELATED TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY. YOU WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of California. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The copyright in any Submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s irrevocable and perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation, with or without attribution, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display such Submission, and the entrant’s name and/or likeness, for any purpose, including but not limited to editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and publicity purposes by the Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, for the duration of the copyright in the Submission. Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify the Submission.

CONDITIONS

By entering this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be solely responsible for and shall hold Stella Rosa wines and its agents harmless, in the event entrants fail to comply with Stella Rosa’s Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Stella Rosa wines is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading/uploading any materials related to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or errors of any kind. 

Stella Rosa reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In such a circumstance, all winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. Stella Rosa also reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in the event an insufficient number of entries are received and/or an insufficient number of entries meet the minimum judging criteria. When you submit your entry, you are also opting into the Stella Rosa email newsletter, and you may unsubscribe at any time. We send news, discounts, contents, and updates to our email list every month.
