Terms & Conditions:

1. The “Light Up Your Holidays with GeForce RTX” Campaign [the “Contest”] is organized by GMC Worldwide Sdn Bhd [“GMC”] who is the sole distributor of Colorful Malaysia [“Colorful”]. 

2. The Contest will commence from 1st December till 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) [“Contest Period”].

3. The submission deadline for this Contest is 5th January 2025.

4. Participants must be residents of Malaysia, permanent residents or expatriates, who are currently living in Malaysia. 

5. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the participant must:-

• STEP 1: Purchase any of the eligible Colorful GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPU and stand a chance to get your purchased GPU for Free.

• STEP 2: Fill in the entry form with your personal particulars online 

6. Eligible Products:

• Colorful GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER NB EX-V 16GB
• iGame GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Ultra W OC 16GB 
• iGame Geforce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Vulcan W OC 16GB
• iGame GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Loong Edition OC 16GB-V

7. Incomplete applications will be disqualified and rejected from the Contest. 

8. Participants will immediately be disqualified from the Contest if found cheating, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of GMC. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, counterfeiting invoices or receipts, using multiple identification numbers, tampering with, hacking of the Contest site (if any), participating in the Contest without meeting the eligibility requirements, attempting to disrupt any portion of the Contest, including but not limited to, allowing somebody else to use your Personal Information, or tampering with the entry process.

9. GMC reserves the right to filter entries. Suspicious entries, serial numbers, invoice verifications, or purchases made by dealers/sub-dealers will be deemed invalid.

10. Only original printed receipts or tax invoices with proper item description, date of purchase and retail shop information correspond to local legal requirements will be accepted for final verification. Duplicated and re-printed receipts or tax invoice are not accepted.  

11. This Contest applies only to locally sourced products, and product serial number verification is required. (Product serial numbers from other countries are not eligible.)

12. Each eligible product serial number is entitled for one submission.

13. There’s only one (1) winner for this Contest and the prize for this Contest is your purchased GPU value on the invoice (“cash prize”).

14. All personal and bank account details will be kept confidential and used solely for prize redemption purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Cash prizes are non-transferable and can only be credited to the verified bank account of the winner. The company is not responsible for any errors in payment due to inaccurate information provided by the winner.

16. GMC’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained

17. GMC reserves the right to modify or cancel this Contest at any time, or change the Terms and Conditions for this Contest, anytime without prior notice.
