Blue Rhino Sweepstakes with GetGo and Giant Eagle Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes starts Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Ferrellgas, L.P. d/b/a Blue Rhino (the “Sponsor”).
THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM. YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR AND NOT TO FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM.

Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and directors of Ferrellgas, L.P. d/b/a Blue Rhino (“Ferrellgas”), and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors, who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Ferrellgas or Blue Rhino during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Employees and directors of Giant Eagle, Inc. d/b/a Getgo and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors, who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Ferrellgas or Blue Rhino during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and to the decision of the Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
How to Enter. You may enter by completing the form on BlueRhino.com with your name, email, address, and phone number. Entrant represents that he or she has all necessary rights to grant a license to the Administrator to publish and reuse posts for any purpose without compensation and that Entrant hereby grants such license together with right to use Entrant’s name. No other method of entry is permitted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries are permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified. If you enter using a mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.
As sponsors, Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas may display all Entries on both Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas social media platforms. By uploading or submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions listed below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas, in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. By uploading or submitting your Entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) grant to sponsors Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas all rights necessary to display your Entry on Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas websites and social media pages; (b) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative) rights in your Entry; (c) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (d) represent and warrant that your Entry and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Winner Selection and Prizes. On or about July 3, 2023, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random to receive a prize package including:
Total value of prize package is estimated at $350.00. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed (except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater approximate retail value). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any expenses that may be associated with receipt or use of prize that are not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of winner. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes on a prize (as well as any incidental costs that may be associated with the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
Winner Notification. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Announcement and instructions for the prize will be sent by private message to the potential prize winner via email or social media, including requesting the potential winner to provide complete first and last name (no initials), email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth.
Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, emails, or other attempts at contact, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which can divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. If any eligible winner cannot be reached within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such eligible winner forfeits prizes. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. An alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Limit one prize per person/household.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Ferrellgas, Blue Rhino, and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Privacy Policy: Any personal identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for the sole purpose of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, in accordance with Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy at https://bluerhino.com/privacy-policy. Please note, Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy follows its parent company, Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.’s Privacy Policy.
Other Conditions: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, Website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, winner(s) will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Released Entities are not responsible for any typographical, display, input, or other error in any Sweepstakes materials, or for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.
