Eligibility: The 2025 Discount Dance Ambassador Search is open to all citizens of the United States regardless of age, gender, dance ability, or dance experience. Employees of Discount Dance LLC (“Discount Dance”) and its parent and affiliate companies, as well as immediate family members of those employees, are not eligible. The 2025 Discount Dance Ambassador Search is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, insular, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering and/or participating in the 2025 Discount Dance Ambassador Search, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Discount Dance, which are final and binding in all related matters. Entrant ambassador partnership is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

Timeline: The 2025 Discount Dance Ambassador Search begins on January 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and closes on February 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Submissions received outside of that period will not be considered. Public voting opens on January 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST and closes on February 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Our team will select the top 4 dancers from each category (Ballet, Competitive, and Other). Then, we’ll host a poll on an Instagram post, where the dance community will vote for the final winners. One ambassador will be selected per category.

• Follow @DiscountDance on Instagram & TikTok and subscribe to our YouTube channel.
• Share the pinned post on your Instagram Story and tag @DiscountDance.
• Post a mirror selfie (on your Instagram Story or Feed) in your favorite dancewear. (Tag @DiscountDance and use #DiscountDanceAmbassadorSearch2025).
• Complete the 2025 Ambassador Application Form (https://woobox.com/e552sb).
• Only one submission per entrant is allowed.
• Spamming or repeat submissions will result in automatic disqualification.
• Submissions must not contain material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Submissions must not contain inappropriate, indecent, obscene, or hateful material, or promote discrimination of any kind.
• Submissions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Determining Finalists and Winners: Selection of the finalists is at the sole discretion of Discount Dance.

Winner Requirements: Winners (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18) must sign and return a contract within ten (10) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Participation in the Ambassador Search constitutes agreement that Discount Dance may use the entrant’s name, photo, city, and state/territory for publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release: By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Discount Dance, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Ambassador Search or related activities.

General Conditions: Discount Dance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Ambassador Search at its sole discretion. Suspected tampering or violations of these rules may result in disqualification.

Limitations of Liability: Discount Dance is not responsible for:

• Errors in submission, printing, or technical issues.
• Unauthorized human intervention in the entry process.
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Ambassador Search.

Entrant's Personal Information: Entrants’ contact information may be used for occasional Discount Dance updates. Discount Dance may share its contact list with trusted partners.

Changes to Rules: Official Rules may be edited or updated by Discount Dance at any time without prior notice.
