The IGA Back-to-School Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Independent Grocers Alliance (IGA), 8745 W. Higgins Road, Suite 350, Chicago, IL 60631 (“Sponsor”).
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of IGA, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CT on July 16, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on August 5, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
To enter, visit IGA.com/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form with your full name, email address, and any other required information.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on August 5, 2025. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 shopping spree (awarded as a $1,000 prepaid Visa® gift card).
Four (4) First Prize Winners will each receive a $500 Visa® gift card.
Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will each receive a $100 Visa® gift card.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of All Prizes: $4,000.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around August 7, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) as a condition of receiving a prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the IGA Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for administration of this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize.
