OFFICIAL RULES

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) Summer Giveaway conducted by:

MARENA INTRACORP BV Inc., with domicile in Corregimiento de Juan Díaz, Urbanización Costa del este, Avenida de la Rotonda, casa piso nº 9, Ciudad de Panamá. Tax number (R.U.C. 155691874-2-2020 DV2), from now on “The Excellence Collection” (“TEC”) in collaboration with a third-party partner Medieval Times, USA, INC. (from now on “Partner”).

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. SPONSOR

This promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament as the administrator and The Excellence Collection as the provider of the Grand Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Medieval Times, TEC and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on June 22, 2026 and ends on September 7, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must submit their valid name, email address, and date of birth through the designated entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per email address per day during the Promotion Period.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Medieval Times' sole discretion. Medieval Times reserves the right to verify eligibility and the legitimacy of any entry and may disqualify participants at any time for failure to comply with these Official Rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

A total of one hundred ten (110) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Ten (10) winners will be selected each week, with one (1) winner selected from each participating castle location. Winners will be notified via email on the Monday following each applicable entry period.

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility before receiving a prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Medieval Times, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Medieval Times reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

All decisions of Medieval Times regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

6. PRIZES

One hundred ten (110) winners will each receive two (2) Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament general admission tickets valid at the winner's choice of participating castle location.

Tickets:

Expire one (1) year from the date of issuance;
Are valid for adult and/or child general admission;
Have no cash value;
Are non-transferable; and
May not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

5 nights of accommodation at Excellence or Finest Resorts for up to 4 guests in a Junior Suite
All-inclusive accommodation including meals and beverages
Roundtrip airfare for up to 4 guests
Airport transfers, if applicable; and
Any additional inclusions described in the promotional materials.

The Grand Prize:

Is non-transferable;
Has no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services;
Is subject to availability, blackout dates, and travel restrictions.

Travel Requirements and Restrictions

Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner notification unless otherwise specified.

Reservations are subject to:

Hotel availability;
Airline availability;
Blackout dates;
Seasonal restrictions; and
Operational considerations.

The winner and guests are solely responsible for:

Valid passports and travel documentation;
Visa requirements, if applicable;
Travel insurance;
Personal expenses;
Baggage fees;
Seat selection fees;
Taxes not expressly included;
Gratuities; and
Any other incidental costs not specifically included in the prize description.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, airfare shall be economy-class roundtrip transportation from a major commercial airport selected by the TEC.

Any changes requested after travel arrangements have been confirmed, including date changes, itinerary modifications, cancellations, upgrades, or name changes, shall be subject to supplier policies and any resulting costs shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Missed flights, unused tickets, denied boarding, failure to obtain required travel documentation, or failure to comply with airline, hotel, or governmental requirements shall not entitle the winner to any replacement, refund, credit, or compensation.

Travel and Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Airlines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties and are not affiliated with Medieval Times.

TEC and Medieval Times shall not be responsible for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, interruption, overbooking, schedule change, supplier penalty, loss, damage, injury, expense, or inconvenience arising from or relating to the services provided by any third-party travel provider.

Without limitation, TEC and Medieval Times shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, missed connections, baggage loss, travel restrictions, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, public health measures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

TEC and Medieval Times reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Medieval Times and TEC and its affiliates to use the winner's name, likeness, image, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TEC and Medieval Times, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

TEC and Medieval Times are not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries;
Technical malfunctions, network failures, or system errors;
Unauthorized intervention or fraud;
Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize; or
Incorrect prize information supplied by any third party connected with the Promotion.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Medieval Times' Terms of Service and TEC's Terms of Service, Medieval Times' Privacy Policy and TEC's Privacy Policy, and California Privacy Choices disclosures.

By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these policies and consent to the collection and use of their information for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

TEC and Medieval Times reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

Violates these Official Rules;
Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;
Uses automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods of entry; or
Attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Promotion.

11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Medieval Times reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Medieval Times shall not be liable for any cancellation, modification, suspension, or termination of the Promotion.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants release all such platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of Medieval Times, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
