ELIGIBILITY 

The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its licensees, advertising and promotional partners, local brokers and suppliers, and immediate family members of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or another family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.  

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  

HOW TO ENTER 

Enter at contest website, nhspiritsbright.com. One entry per email address will be accepted. New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission are not responsible for entries that are incomplete or incorrect.  Incomplete or incorrect entries are void.  Additionally, all entries become the property of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and will not be acknowledged or returned.  

Note: A valid email address, name, and birthdate are required for entry. One entry per email address will be accepted. Entrants will be subscribed to receive monthly “Email Extras!” from the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet. The New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission are not responsible for entries that are stolen, misdirected, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect–such entries are void. All entries become the property of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and will not be acknowledged or returned.  

The contest begins November 17, 2021 and ends January 3, 2022.  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE AGE 21 OR OVER TO ENTER AND WIN.  

SELECTION OF WINNER 

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, whose determinations are final in all matters relating to this contest. Partner advertising/communication firms will notify winners via e-mail. Only potential winner will be notified via e-mail.  

DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZE 

Four winners will be drawn, and each winner will receive (1) $250 gift card to New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet. Prizes will be awarded to the winner chosen at random on January 4, 2022. Winners will be notified by January 7, 2022.  

The Potential Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release Form (“Affidavit and Release”) within seven (7) days of receiving the Affidavit and Release from the Sponsor or Administrator. Failure to return the signed Affidavit and Release within seven (7) days following the date of delivery thereof may result in forfeiture of the prize.  If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted as specified above, or if Potential Winner fails to return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility by the deadline specified above, or if a Potential Winner is deemed ineligible for any other reason in the New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s sole discretion, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may, at the New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s sole discretion, be randomly selected in his/her place from among all remaining eligible entries, time permitting.   

Gift cards will be mailed to the winner within ten business days of receiving the signed affidavit, proof of age, and mailing address. Cash will NOT be given in lieu of gift cards. Gift cards are only redeemable in-store and not online.  

RIGHTS 

By participating in this Contest, each entrant grants the New Hampshire Liquor Commission a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide right to reproduce and modify, submitted photographs in any form or media without limitation. New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s license shall include the right to use submissions in Contest-related content on the website, in digital archives, in e-mails, and in promotions related to this Contest and/or similar future contests, and compendiums (in any media) of contest submissions and/or winners. The entrant grants such license without expectation of compensation of any kind and accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.  

MISCELLANEOUS 

New Hampshire Liquor Commission is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications; for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise.  

New Hampshire Liquor Commission disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of such cancellation, termination, or suspension, a notice will be posted. New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this contest at any time and to disqualify any entrant if his or her participation affects the integrity of the Contest.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
