Summer Fun Tour 10 Rules & Guidelines 

ELIGIBILITY 

The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its licensees, advertising and promotional partners, local brokers and suppliers, and immediate family members of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or another family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

I. VOTER ENTRY 

HOW TO ENTER 

  1. Enter by completing the voting form at the website, www.nhsummerfun.com 
  2. The New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right to determine valid entries and to exclude partial entries. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its agents, and employees from any claim or proceeding resulting from your entry. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING DOES NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Note: A valid email address, name, and phone number are required for entry. One entry per email address will be accepted. Entrants will be subscribed to receive monthly Email Extras! from the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets. Contestants shall not share any content with followers who are under the age of 21. The New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission are not responsible for entries that are stolen, misdirected, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect – such entries are void. All entries become the property of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and will not be acknowledged or returned. Contest begins 6/15/21 and ends 8/30/21. 

SELECTION OF WINNERS 

Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission; whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this contest. Winners will be notified by partner advertising/communications firms. Winners will be solely responsible for picking up prizes. They will be made available for pickup at 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH, or a similar location identified by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission. Some prizes will be fulfilled by the sponsors. Under no circumstance will the New Hampshire Liquor Commission pay for delivery or shipping of prizes. 

Once the winner is notified, the winner will then have 14 days to retrieve the prize from 50 Storrs Street, Concord, or a similar location identified by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission. If the prize is not retrieved within 14 days, the winning individual will revoke all claims to the prize. The prize will be returned to NHLC, which may award the prize to another player. 

To pick up the prize, the individual must present a valid ID proving that the individual is 21 years of age or over and complete an affidavit. The name and address on the ID must match that of the winning player. Providing valid and accurate information is solely the responsibility of each player. 

PRIZES (VOTER) 

One of the following prize packages will be awarded to each of the winners. This will be done using the random drawing process as described above, with each prize package having its own random drawing. Winners will not have the option to choose which prize package they would like. Winners who would like to forfeit their selected prize have no claim to any other prizes. No substitutions or other accommodations will be made. 

II. MIXOLOGIST ENTRY 

HOW TO ENTER 

  1. NHLC will be holding five challenges throughout the summer. The challenges require entrants to submit a video showcasing a recipe they have created. 
  2. Entrants must meet the requirements of each challenge as listed on www.nhsummerfun.com. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, the length of video and products used. 
  3. Enter your name, email address, video URL, recipe ingredients, and a photo of your creation on the contest page of www.nhsummerfun.com before the deadline for that contest. 
  4. Entrants received after the deadline will not be considered. 
  5. One entry per person per contest. Voters are allowed to vote on one entrant per contest. 
  6. The New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right to determine valid entries and to exclude partial entries. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its agents, and employees from any claim or proceeding resulting from your entry.

New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right to deny participation to any entrants who do not adhere to the rules detailed herein, as well as any submissions deemed to include inappropriate and/or offensive content. Matters regarding the content of submissions in this regard are the decision of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, and all such decisions are final.

SELECTION OF WINNERS 

Each of the contests will include a period of time where the public will be able to vote on their favorite submission during that period. Winners will be selected based on the highest number of fan votes within the contest website. Any ties, at any level, will be resolved by defaulting to the contestant whose entry was received first among those that are tied.

RIGHTS 

By participating in this Contest, each entrant grants the New Hampshire Liquor Commission a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide right to reproduce and modify, submitted photographs in any form or media without limitation. New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s license shall include the right to use submissions in Contest-related content on the website, in digital archives, in e-mails, and in promotions related to this Contest and/or similar future contests, and compendiums (in any media) of contest submissions and/or winners. The entrant grants such license without expectation of compensation of any kind and accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities. 

RISK 

Participants visit all sites and undertake all activities at their own risk. By participating, participants agree to release New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the travel to, visitation of, and/or photography of and/or any contest-related sites or activities. New Hampshire Liquor Commission assumes no responsibility for the activity or behavior of contest participants during the travel to, visitation of, and/or photography of and/or any contest-related sites or activities.

MISCELLANEOUS 

New Hampshire Liquor Commission is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications; for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise.  

If for any reason, any of the prizes are not available at the time of prize fulfillment, New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions. These decisions will be made at New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s sole discretion.

New Hampshire Liquor Commission disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing, or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond New Hampshire Liquor Commission’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of such cancellation, termination, or suspension, a notice will be posted. New Hampshire Liquor Commission reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this contest at any time and to disqualify any entrant if his or her participation affects the integrity of the Contest. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Subject to other restrictions as may be required by participating sponsors, suppliers, or brokers. Cash will NOT be given in lieu of prizes.
