1. Eligibility

The contest is open to photographers of all levels. Photos must be taken within the Columbus area.

2. Submission Guidelines & Requirements

Acceptable formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Images must be original photographs captured by the entrant.
  • AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted imagery is prohibited.
  • Standard editing adjustments including cropping, color correction and exposure adjustments are permitted.
  • Participants may submit up to five (5) entries.
  • High-resolution image files will be required for winning and exhibition photographs.

3. Moderation & Voting

All submitted entries are subject to moderation. Approved photos will appear in the public gallery where visitors can vote for their favorites. Share your gallery link once approved to encourage votes!

Photographers retain the copyright to their original images.

By submitting an entry, participants grant FCCFA, Experience Columbus and Greater Columbus Sports Commission a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted photographs for:

  • Exhibitions
  • Advertisements
  • Social media
  • Digital communications
  • Websites
  • Publications
  • Sales materials
  • Media
  • Tourism promotion
  • Educational and community engagement initiatives

Whenever reasonably possible, photographer credit will accompany published or exhibited photographs.
