By entering the OTTO T-Shirt Design Contest (the “Contest”), you (the “Participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not participate in the Contest. By submitting a design, participants also agree to the Official Rules and Regulations of the Contest, which are available at https://woobox.com/fg9t9a.
The Contest is open to all individuals. Minors (under 18 years old) must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. By submitting a design, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
The Contest starts at 12:00 AM EST on February 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
By submitting your design, you grant OTTO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your design in connection with the promotion and sale of OTTO T-shirts, including on social media, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms. This license includes the right to reprint the winning design on T-shirts and sell those shirts through OTTO’s online store.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the receipt and use of their prize.
OTTO is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or failures in connection with the submission, voting, or prize distribution processes. By entering the Contest, you agree to release OTTO and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of the prize. OTTO is not responsible for any damages related to participation or the use of the design
By entering the Contest, you agree to allow OTTO to use your name, likeness, and design for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
OTTO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these official rules, or that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent. This includes designs that infringe on intellectual property rights or do not meet submission requirements.
OTTO shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental restrictions, or any other event beyond reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event").
By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which will be used solely for contest purposes, including contacting winners, administering the contest, and sending promotional emails. OTTO will take reasonable steps to protect your information and will not sell or share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill contest obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maine. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Portland, Maine, and not by court trial.
