NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN. ALL US FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
SUBMISSION OF A PUBLICALLY DISPLAYED OR ORIGINAL OWN IMAGE (PHOTO) FOR GALLERY INCLUSION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PHOTO GALLERY MANAGER: The DEF LEPPARD website is hosted and operated on behalf of DEF LEPPARD (the band) (“Photo Gallery Manager”). Photo Gallery Manager’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the DEF LEPPARD “Hysteria Memorabilia” photo gallery promotion (“Promotion”).
PHOTO GALLERY PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 4, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on August 11, 2020 (“Promotional Period”). The Photo Gallery Manager’s designated agent’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
Winners will be drawn at the end of the Sweepstakes Period and will receive the prizes described below.
PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the Promotion, each Participant is confirming that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), Photo Gallery Manager’s terms of use, located at

and all other Promotion requirements. All Photo Gallery submissions, requests and/or materials submitted become the property of Photo Gallery Manager and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. Photo Gallery Manager reserves the right to post (or not post) any photo submitted in this Promotion on its website, official band Youtube channel (as a video) on any other website controlled by Photo Gallery Manager, and on social media, in its sole and absolute discretion, not with standing using to repurpose and used as an official video by DEF LEPPARD which will be distributed and released globally for promotional and commercial use in any formats.
By submitting a photo, you hereby agree to hold Photo Gallery Manager and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing (“Released Parties”), harmless from and against any liability of any kind arising from or in connection with any use of the photo. By submitting a photo, Participant hereby warrants and represents s/he has not included any restricted content in the photo and have not violated any of the requirements for photo submissions as stated in these Terms. All photos become Photo Gallery Manager’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
HOW TO ENTER.
A. ONLINE: To enter online, go to DefLeppard.com and complete registration. One (1) person that completes registration (submits email address and name) by the end of the sweepstakes period wins grand prize. Submission of “uploads” photo image, enters for a chance to win. DEF LEPPARD is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-‐line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by DEF LEPPARD on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this promotion. DEF LEPPARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of DEF LEPPARD corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the illegitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, DEF LEPPARD reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. Entrants may only enter once during the Sweepstakes Period.
ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void outside of the USA.
SELECTION OF WINNERS. Woobox clock will be the official time keeper for all sweepstakes. DEF LEPPARD will select (1) Grand Prize Winner, and Three (3) Runner Up Winners entrants at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are limited to one win during the Sweepstakes. Winners will be announced online on the DEF LEPPARD official website. The winners will be notified by email within 14 business days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 business days of this notification to claim his or her prize, or if any winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, such winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. If, in DEF LEPPARD's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been compromised, DEF LEPPARD reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and to award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the DEF LEPPARD website. Sponsor’s decisions concerning selection of winners, as well as all other matters relating to any Sweepstakes, are final and binding.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at the end of the giveaway term to win one Grand prize prize listed below. The total VRV ("Verifiable retail value" defined as the price at which a promoter or sponsor can demonstrate that a substantial number of prizes have been sold at retail by a person other than the promoter or sponsor) of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is $500. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Odds of winning a sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable sweepstakes. Prizes are non-‐transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed. Income and other taxes, if any, on prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility. All prizes will be awarded according to these rules and distributed no later than six (8) months from the end of the Sweepstakes Period

Photo Submission Guidelines: To qualify for the for inclusion in the Photo Gallery, video submission must comply with the following content guidelines.
Photo cannot:
· Be sexually explicit or suggestive; derogatory of any ethnicity, race, gender, or religion; or profane or pornographic (e.g., contain nudity);
· Promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; Defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about DEF LEPPARD or any other people and/or companies;
· Contain any use of trademarks, logos, landmarks, copyrighted materials owned by others or contain any personal identification; Communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which DEF LEPPARD wishes to associate.

Photo must:
●Be original and solely created by you or is currently at time of “upload” publicly displayed. It is your responsibility to obtain, prior to submission of your Photo, the approval and rights to use any individuals or content you did not create;
●Not have been previously published, submitted, or otherwise used for any other commercial purpose.
Participant further represents and warrants that the Participant has obtained written permission from each person whose name, image, likeness, and/or voice ("Likeness") is included in the Photo, and that such person(s) have granted Participant all necessary rights to use the person's Likeness as described in these Terms, and that Participant can make written copies of such permissions available to the Photo Gallery Manager upon request. If the Likeness of a minor is included, such grant of rights must include written permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian authorizing the use of the minor's Likeness on behalf of the minor.
By submitting your photo, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the photo in the Promotion. Promotion entities are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any photo. Photos will not be held “in confidence” and the creation and submission of a photo does not create a confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy between any Participant and Photo Gallery Manager or any of its affiliates.
ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: Participant hereby acknowledges that video and all other materials of every kind whatsoever created by Participant relating to the Promotion (collectively, the “Work”) are a “work made for hire” (as that term is used in the United States Copyright Act) for Photo Gallery Manager, and Photo Gallery Manager is the sole and exclusive owner, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, of all right, title and interest in and to the Work, including, without limitation, all copyrights in and to the Work (and all renewals and extensions thereof now or hereafter provided by law) and all the rights therein and thereto, and may exploit the Work (and all rights therein) in any manner throughout the world without restriction on a gratis basis. Without limiting the binding effect of any of the foregoing provisions, in the event that any part of the Work is deemed not to be a “work made for hire” for Photo Gallery Manager, Participant hereby irrevocably and exclusively grants and assigns to Photo Gallery Manager (or, if any applicable law prohibits or restricts such assignment, Participant hereby grants to Photo Gallery Manager an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license of) on a gratis basis all right, title and interest in and to such Work, including, without limitation, all rights of every kind and nature (whether now known or hereafter devised, including all copyrights therein and thereto and all renewals and extensions thereof), throughout the universe, in perpetuity, for all purposes, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Participant hereby waives all so-called “moral rights of authors” and “droit moral” rights (and any similar or analogous rights under the applicable laws of any country of the world). Each Participant agrees and acknowledges that no public performance, synchronization, mechanical, writing, publishing and/or master use royalties, monies or consideration of any kind will be payable in connection with Photo Gallery Manager’s use of the Work, whether commercial use or otherwise, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.
RELEASES: Participating Participants agree to these Terms and the decisions of the Photo Gallery Manager and release, defend and hold harmless Released Parties as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons, which may be sustained in connection with either directly or indirectly, participation in the Promotion.
