The “Win $10K with a No. 10 Win” is sponsored by GoBowling.com (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is governed by the official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or NASCAR. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or NASCAR. By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of all U.S. states and Washington, D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Giveaway Period. Void outside the 50 United States/D.C and where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Strike Ten Entertainment, Stewart-Haas Racing, and Watkins Glen International are not eligible to enter.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on July 22, 2019 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on August 3, 2019 at 11:59 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received during the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Completely fill out and submit the Win $10k for a No. 10 Win form online through Woobox or at GoBowling.com/10For10k. Upon completion, you will automatically be entered in the sweepstakes. Entries are limited to one entry per email address. If one person uses multiple emails, they will be counted individually and not as an additional point/entry.

REFERRAL ENTRIES

Entrants can gain up to twenty-five (25) additional entries by sharing a unique referral link to the giveaway. For each person who completes the giveaway entry process using the unique link, the original Entrant will receive an additional giveaway entry up to twenty-five (25) total entries.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random.

The winner will be announced on or about August 4, 2019. Announcement and instructions for prize receipt will be sent by email or phone. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her provided phone number and email address for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this giveaway. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within forty-eight (48) hours, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize, and GoBowling.com reserves the right to choose an alternative winner. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. GoBowling.com reserves the right to choose an alternative winner at its sole discretion if initial winner is disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or if an alternative winner cannot be contacted. Once the winner is confirmed, he or she will be announced on all relevant GoBowling.com social media channels.

PRIZES

Grand Prize (1): The winner of the sweepstakes will receive $1,000. If the No. 10 Go Bowling Ford Mustang, driven by Stewart-Haas Driver Aric Almirola, wins the Go Bowling at The Glen on August 4, 2019, then the grand prize winner will receive $10,000 instead.

Bowling Ball Winners (3): Three runners-up will receive a Go Bowling at The Glen branded bowling ball

Go Bowling T-Shirt Winners (5): 5 runners-up will receive a Go Bowling T-Shirt. Size will be based on availability and determined by Sponsor.

Driver Hero Card Winners (10): 10 runners-up will receive an Aric Almirola Go Bowling hero card, signed by Aric Almirola.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS MAY APPLY.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. By participating, each entrant grants Go Bowling permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

DISPUTES

THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND ENTRANTS’ STATES WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
