STANDARD CONTEST RULES

To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all participants, the following are the official rules for Family Farm and Home's Pet of the Game contest. At any given time Family Farm and Home reserves the right to update or correct rules as needed.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://woobox.com/gdrzcg and follow the directions provided to upload a photo of your pet in MSU apparel or MSU colors, and complete and submit the online form to receive one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per household using only one (1) email address throughout the contest period. Entrants must send entries using the correct contest entry form, email address, and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Eligibility of individual entries will be at the sole discretion of Family Farm and Home, for any reason or for no reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include use of inappropriate language or visuals. FFH is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All pets and animals must be actual living animals. No stuffed animals please!

VOTING: There is a limit to one (1) vote per photo per email address per day. After a weekly winner has been selected, the remaining entries will stay uploaded to the contest site. To provide fair and equal chance of winning, after a weekly winner is selected the remaining photos will start the next week of voting with 0 votes. Should any technical errors occur, the votes from the previous week may be referenced to chose a winner.

SELECTING WINNERS: There will be ten (10) chances for participants to win during this contest with two (2) grand prize winners later selected from the top 10. Eligible winners of this photo contest will be selected based on highest number of votes that entry has received. Winner must provide mailing information within 48 hours, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and offered to the next placing entry.

RUNNING AND WINNING PERIODS: This contest runs from August 15th through November 14th. There will be 11 total winning periods throughout the contest: ten (10) periods for general entries and one (1) Grand Prize period selecting the two (2) grand prize winners out of the weekly top ten (10). The contest run times and winning periods are as follows:

Week One (1): Enter and vote August 15th at 10am through August 26th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted August 27th by 9:00am
Week Two (2): Enter and vote August 27th at 10am through September 3rd at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted September 4th by 9:00am
Week Three (3): Enter and vote September 4th at 10am through September 10th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted September 11th by 9:00am
Week Four (4): Enter and vote September 11th at 10am through September 17th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted September 18th by 9:00am
Week Five (5): Enter and vote September 18th at 10am through September 24th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted September 25th by 9:00am
Week Six (6): Enter and vote September 25th at 10am through October 1st at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted October 2nd by 9:00am
Week Seven (7): Enter and vote October 2nd at 10am through October 8th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted October 9th by 9:00am
Week Eight (8): Enter and vote October 9th at 10am through October 22nd at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted October 23rd by 9:00am
Week Nine (9): Enter and vote October 23rd at 10am through October 29th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted October 30th by 9:00am
Week Ten (10): Enter and vote October 30th at 10am through November 5th at 11:59pm. The eligible winner with the most votes will be contacted November 6th by 9:00am
Week Eleven: GRAND PRIZE WEEK. No new entries will be accepted this week. This contest week will include a gallery consisting of the 10 winners from the 10 previous weeks. Participants can vote for their favorite entry this week from November 7th at 10am through November 14th at 11:59pm. The two winners with the most votes will be contacted November 15th by 9:00am.

PRIZES: Winners from weeks one through ten will receive two (2) tickets to the November 30th MSU vs. Maryland football game in East Lansing, MI. The two (2) Grand Prize Winners from Week 11 will receive an additional five (5) tickets to the Nov. 30th MSU vs. Maryland game and a $150 gift card to Family Farm and Home.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to customers 18 years or older. Family Farm and Home employees, immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are NOT eligible to enter contest. Winners of the 2018 Pet of the Game contest are not eligible to win in 2019. Weekly winners are not eligible to win more than one week but will participate in the Grand Prize Period. Void where prohibited.

SUBMISSION OF PHOTO: Submitting photos constitutes permission for the photos to be displayed on the Family Farm & Home Facebook page for the contest. By entering the contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to Family Farm & Home to reproduce, distribute, or display the entries in any media. All photos received may be used and reproduced by Family Farm & Home for use on its website, social media, and other marketing media. The photo must not constitute copyright infringement of any other person or entity and no other party has any right, title, interest or claim to the image. By providing your email address upon entry, you have agreed to opt-in to receiving promotional emails on behalf of Family Farm and Home.
