• photo taken between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026 within the boundaries of Clark, Klickitat & Skamania counties
• photo was taken in a location legal for the public to visit
• only cropping, minor denoise, light adjustments, vibrance, saturation, contrast, and sharpness were made
• major elements were not added to this photo, like sky replacement, or combining two photos
• there are no borders, watermarks or identifying signatures on this photo
• I, the youth between 8 and 18 years of age submitting this photo, am the one who took this photo
• I am submitting this before midnight on May 31, 2026.
• I understand that submitting this photo gives consent for Vancouver Audubon to use the image for editorial, advertising, promotional literature, publicity, fundraising, and website purposes without further notice or compensation.
