1.No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Entries must be received by 11:59pm CST on May 4, 2023 to be accepted. 

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email within 7 days of the end of the giveaway.

5. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, another winner will be selected at random.

6. The prize for the giveaway is one pair of ADAM Audio A4V studio monitors.

7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

8. By entering this giveaway, you agree to sign up for both ADAM Audio and Audio Test Kitchen newsletters.

9. The winner agrees to allow ADAM Audio and Audio Test Kitchen to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
