This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Woobox. You understand that you are providing your information to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (“Sponsor”) and not to Woobox. ELIGIBILITY: The PA Ranger for a Day (“giveaway”) is being held online via Woobox and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Vault Communications, En Route Marketing, Red House Communications, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective immediate family members, regardless of where they reside, and individuals living in the same household, regardless of family relation, are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway. PROMOTION PERIOD: Giveaway starts at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on May 8, 2026 and ends at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on June 12, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit visitpa.com/ranger and follow the directions provided to enter with your name, email address and zip code as well as opting in to subscribe to the Visit PA newsletters. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email account. Entries received from any person or email account in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by automated means and entries by any means that subvert the entry process are void. RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period. The potential prize winner will be notified via their provided email address. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within a specific amount of time as specified by Sponsor in the notification. Failure to complete such documents or comply with these Official Rules, the inability of Sponsor to contact potential prize winners within a reasonable time period, or the return of prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. PRIZE: A one-on-one experience with a Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources employee at a Pennsylvania State Park of their choice and a one night stay at a nearby hotel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize is $499. Prize value expires August 31, 2026. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion Period. LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES:  By submitting an entry, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Released Parties (as defined below) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your entry, name, photo, and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or delayed entries or direct messages; or for malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or direct messages, or the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Vault Communications, En Route Marketing, Red House Communications, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY/ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
