HOW TO ENTER:

For a chance to win one (1) $250 gift card, you must fill out the entry form on the contest landing page. One random winner will be selected.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The contest period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 14, 2024 and runs through 11:59 p.m. EST on April 14, 2024 (the “Contest Entry Period”). Entries received after April 14, 2024 will not be included in the drawing. Bushwick Commission is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or phone line malfunctions or other errors, failures, transmissions or connections. Winners will be selected on our around the week of April 21, 2024.  Winner will be notified via email and will have 5 days to respond. Failure to respond may result in another winner being selected. 

ELIGIBILITY:

No purchase necessary. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Giveaway is not open to any individual if they or their parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee, officer or director of Bushwick Commission or related entities. Bushwick reserves the right to determine eligibility for all entrants. One entry per email address and one entry for each referral.

PRIVACY:

By entering, each entrant agrees to the Bushwick Privacy Policy and its rules. No names or emails will be used or shared with any other entity.

WINNERS/PRIZE:

Unless indicated otherwise, one (1) Grand Prize of a $250 gift card will be awarded. This prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Refusal of the prizes will result in a forfeit of receipt and an alternate winner will be selected. Bushwick may require winner(s) to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (as more fully discussed below). All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes, are each winner’s sole responsibility.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Bushwick Commission. 

If this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Bushwick's control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Bushwick reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this contest.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:

Winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Bushwick from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any awarded Prize. Bushwick makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bushwick is not responsible for any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest and which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this contest. Bushwick can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as Bushwick gives reasonable notice.

The contest shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.
