IDAHOAN® MASH MADNESS 2021 SWEEPSTAKES

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Idahoan® #MashMadness Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on March 22, 2021 at 5:0 p.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends on April 7, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. MT (“Contest Period”). Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to all residents of the United States ages 18 and older. Employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents, as well as those with whom such persons reside, whether related or not, and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) of Idahoan Foods (“Sponsor”), its advertising/promotion/web design agencies, Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), Instagram, Inc. (“Instagram”), Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”), the prize supplier(s) and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter online, visit www.idahoan.com/mash-madness-2021 and complete the official online entry form. One entry includes selection of eight winning flavors in the “Savory Sixteen” round, four winning flavors in the “Appetizing Eight” round, two winning flavors in the “Fluffy Four” round, and a final champion. Entries may be submitted through the online form beginning Monday, March 22, 2021 at 5:00 pm Mountain Time. Entrants must have a valid email address. To enter by mail, please send a sufficiently stamped postcard or letter to Idahoan Foods, Attn: Mash Madness Sweepstakes, 900 Pier View Drive, Suite 100, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 and include your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip, daytime and evening phone numbers, and date of birth. All entries must be submitted or received by 12:00pm Mountain Time on Thursday, March 25, 2021 per Idahoan Foods clock which is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes, to be eligible. Idahoan Foods is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries. Illegible, incomplete, machine duplicated, photocopied and reproduced entries are void. Only one entry per e-mail address/person; duplicate entries and entries in excess of the foregoing limit will be disqualified.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. By participating, you agree that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact you via e-mail, mail, or phone to make you aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a check in the amount of $5,000. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Forfeiture of the prize will be deemed if winner does not respond to contact from Idahoan Foods within 48 hours, or two (2) business days.

6. WINNER SELECTION:

Voting will begin Thursday, March 25, 2021 4:00 pm Mountain Time (MT). Points will be awarded through the Woobox bracket function following the conclusion of each match up. Following all “rounds” (Savory Sixteen, Appetizing Eight, Fluffy Four, Championship), the participant who submitted the bracket that has received the highest amount of points will be determined to be the winner of the Sweepstakes. Winner will be selected on Thursday, April 8, 2021 by 4:00 pm Mountain Time (MT).

In the event of a tie, The Sponsor or its designated representative will enter the names of the participants with the tied brackets into a database, where a name will randomly be selected.

The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the selected entrant through email or phone within two (2) business days of the Selection Date. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of the Selection Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then said selected entrant may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant).

Before being declared CONFIRMED PRIZE winners, the selected entrants will be required to: (a) agrees to the publication or sharing of the winning entry on Idahoan’s social media channels without further notice or compensation. If any of the selected entrants are determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant).

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. ANYONE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of a Website during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry to be received, captured or recorded for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned a Facebook account by Facebook, an Instagram account by Instagram, or a Twitter account by Twitter. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account, as applicable, associated with the Entry in question.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The information provided by entrants for purposes of this Contest will only be used for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are released of all liability by each participant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor.
