The Contest is sponsored by Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie (“Sponsor”). By entering the Contest, all entrants unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects: General Description of the Contest and Eligibility: The Contest, gives eligible persons the chance to win admission to Lone Star Park (the winner and up to three (3) guests) a table in our Silks Dining Room (the winner and up to three guests) and $200 in “Lone Star Bucks” by entering this contest. The Contest begins on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 16:00 (CT) and ends on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 16:00 (CT) (“Contest Term”). At the end of the Contest term, one (1) entrant will be selected at random to receive admission to Lone Star Park (the winner and up to three (3) guests) a table in our Silks Dining Room (the winner and up to three (3) guests), valet parking, and $200 in “Lone Star Bucks”.  Winner will have the choice of one (1) Opening Weekend race day/night in which to accept this prize.  The dates available for selection by the prize winner are September 20, 2019 or September 21, 2019.To participate, you must be at least 21 years of age (as of August 27, 2019) and provide a valid e-mail address. Employees of Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, Global Gaming Solutions, LLC, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members of any of the preceding, and personnel licensed by the Texas Racing Commission are ineligible to participate in this contest. 

How to Participate: To enter the Contest participants must visit either the Official Facebook or Twitter page of Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie and follow the link to the official contest page. Once all required fields are completed (Name, Birthday, and E-Mail Address) and submitted one (1) entry will be earned for the contest. Selection and Notification of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected at random via woobox.com’s randomized virtual drawing system. This selection will be the sole determinant of the winner. The winner of the Contest will be notified on or about September 17, 2019 via the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry to the Contest. If the e-mail address is not active or e-mail is returned as “undeliverable”, or winner fails to respond to the e-mail notifying them of their selection as the winner in the contest, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded, by the same process as above, to another entrant in the contest. General Rules: Must be 21 years of age or older as of August 27, 2019. Prize is non-transferable Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie reserves the right to remove any entrant from the contest in case of fraud or violations of these Official Rules. Prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, for any reason. Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time at its sole discretion. Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie shall not be responsible for any technical difficulties, delays, interruptions in internet service, or other reasons that might otherwise affect eligibility. Participation in the Contest is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest and a forfeiture of any prize(s). 

By entering the Contest, entrant grants Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie permission to add the e-mail address submitted with the official entry to a database and agrees to accept future communications from Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie including, but not limited to, promotions and advertising. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission for Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a Publicity Release Form before prize(s) will be released. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter.
