REQUIREMENTS

• Video entries will be accepted through September 19, 2022, 11:59pm.
• Topics must be relevant to residential construction and/or building techniques.
• 5+ years of industry experience or referral from a current JLC LIVE presenter.
• Must be a resident of North America.
• Must be available March 22-25, 2023 to travel to Providence, RI for JLC LIVE New England.

You represent and warrant that the Content submitted by you will not infringe upon or misappropriate any rights of others, including, without limitation, any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, moral rights or any other proprietary rights of third parties, or violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

JLC LIVE (Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate) reserves the right to review any Content that you have submitted and to reject, delete, disable, or remove any Content Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate determines, in its sole discretion, (a) does not comply with this policy, (b) violates any law, infringe upon any rights of third parties, or subjects Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate to liability for any reason, or (c) might adversely affect the Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate’s public image, reputation or goodwill.

When you submit content to Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate, you simultaneously grant Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate.

You agree to Indemnify and hold Informa Exhibitions US Construction and Real Estate harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) arising out of, resulting from, or related to any breach by you of this policy.
