ELIGIBILITY: The 12 Days of Lionel Giveaway is, subject to these terms, open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, employees, agents, and their immediate family members of Lionel LLC (Sponsor and Contest Administer) are ineligible to participate. The Giveaway is governed by U.S. law, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and is void where prohibited. By entering, participants represent and warrant to the Sponsor that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. The Sponsor may reject any entry at its discretion if it determines or suspects a participant may not be eligible or may be in violation of the Giveaway rules.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit Lionel’s official social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter during the Giveaway period. Limit 1 entry per person per day. The Giveaway concludes at 11:59 PM ET on December 12, 2025. Only entries received during each day’s eligibility period are valid. Each day, enter to win exclusive Lionel products, limited-edition collectibles, and items from select partners like RETRO51, Hallmark, and 80s Tees!
SELECTION OF WINNERS: One winner will be randomly selected each day from that day’s eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via the email they entered with, and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner or the winner fails to respond, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner at its discretion. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor using the winner's name, photo, hometown, and statements for advertising and promotion without compensation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Lionel LLC and all associated parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless against any claims or liabilities arising from participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize. Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules. Entrants release the Released Parties from all claims arising from entry or prize use.
PRIZES: Each daily prize will be announced at 9:00 AM ET and may feature exclusive Lionel products, limited-edition items from partners such as RETRO51, Hallmark, or 80s Tees. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor in its discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received each day.
PRIZE DELIVERY: Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery via mail or courier service within four weeks of the announcement. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize lost, late, or damaged in transit.
GENERAL: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues impacting entry or prize delivery. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Giveaway rules or disrupts the Giveaway’s integrity. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at its discretion in the event of any issue that impacts the Giveaway’s fairness or administration.
DISCLAIMERS: The Released Parties are not liable for damages arising from participation in this Giveaway.
