ELIGIBILITY Open to participants of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of entry. Winners must be able to be present at the Mississippi Gulf Coast on the trip date (July 25, 2026) and rain date (August 1, 2026). Each winner may bring one (1) companion (also 18 years or older) to share the experience. Travel and lodging to/from the Mississippi Gulf Coast are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

Mandatory Entry (1 entry): Submit your full name, valid email address, and phone number through the official entry form.

Bonus Entries:

• +5 entries for following Juan's Mexican Restaurants on Facebook
• +5 entries for each new participant who registers in the giveaway through your shared Facebook post link. Important: sharing the post alone does NOT earn entries — bonus entries are awarded only when a new valid entry is completed using your shared link.
• +10 entries for referring a friend (referral must complete a valid entry)
• +2 entries for visiting our website

Limit one (1) base entry per person/email address. Bonus entries are awarded once per completed action.

1. WINNER SELECTION Six (6) winners will be selected in a random drawing on June 21, 2026 — one (1) winner per Juan's Mississippi location:

• Juan's Long Beach
• Juan's Waveland
• Juan's Saucier
• Juan's Tacos and Beer – Biloxi
• Juan's Mexican Grill Express – Poplarville
• Pericos by Juan's – Wiggins

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be announced on June 22, 2026 as follows:

Public announcement: The complete list of winners will be published on the Facebook page of each participating Juan's location.

Phone notification: Each winner will be contacted by phone using the number provided at entry. If the winner does not answer, the Sponsor will make up to three (3) phone call attempts plus one (1) text message within a one (1) hour window.

Forfeiture: If the selected winner cannot be reached within that one-hour window, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn at random for that location. This process will repeat until all six (6) winners are confirmed.

Confirmed winners must provide signed acceptance and any required liability waivers (for themselves and their companion) prior to the trip date.

1. PRIZE Each of the six (6) winners will receive an all-expenses-paid deep-sea fishing trip for the winner plus one (1) companion of their choice, including:

• All fishing equipment and gear needed for the trip
• Boat charter and professional captain
• Juan's team members on board to make sure nothing is missing
• Plenty of food and beverages — all sponsored by Juan's

Trip details:

• ARV per winner (winner + 1 companion): $450 USD
• Trip date: July 25, 2026
• Rain date (in case of weather cancellation): August 1, 2026
• Boat departure: 7:00 AM sharp
• Mandatory check-in/arrival: 6:30 AM sharp at the designated departure point

Winners will be split into two (2) teams of three (3): Team Juan's Tacos vs Team Juan's Burritos. The boat with the most catches wins! Each winner on the winning team will also receive an additional $25 Juan's Restaurants gift card.

Total ARV of all prizes: approx. $2,775 USD.

1. TRIP DAY REQUIREMENTS & FORFEITURE CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to the deep-sea fishing trip and are strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no refunds, substitutions, or rescheduling provided.

• ARRIVAL: Winners and their companions must arrive at the designated departure point by 6:30 AM sharp on July 25, 2026 (or August 1, 2026 in case of weather rain date). The exact departure location will be provided to confirmed winners after notification.
• DEPARTURE: The boat will depart at 7:00 AM sharp. The boat will not wait for late arrivals.
• LATE ARRIVAL = FORFEITURE: Winners and/or companions who fail to arrive by 6:30 AM will forfeit their prize. No refunds, monetary substitutions, replacements, or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals.
• WAIVER REQUIRED: All winners and companions must sign the required Liability Release and Waiver before boarding the boat. Anyone who refuses to sign the waiver will not be allowed to board and will forfeit their prize. No refunds or substitutions will be issued.
• NON-TRANSFERABLE: The prize is non-transferable. Only the confirmed winner and their pre-registered companion may participate. The winner and companion may not be substituted on the day of the trip.
• NON-REFUNDABLE: The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other substitution.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE Deep-sea fishing involves inherent risks. Winners and their companions assume all risks associated with participation and must each sign a Liability Release and Waiver prior to the trip. Sponsor, its affiliates, and the charter operator are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from prize acceptance or use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, in violation of the rules, or obtained through unauthorized means.

PRIVACY Information collected will be used in accordance with Juan's Restaurants' Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Juan's Restaurants (you can unsubscribe at any time).

PLATFORM RELEASE This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.
