SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND D.C. WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND HAVE AN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The Mylio x iJustine $5,000 Dream Camera Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have an Instagram account (“Entrant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Mylio (“Sponsor”), its advertising and promotional agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, including Sociality Squared Ltd and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the "Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and children) or members of the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects of the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.   

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions. These decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all applicable requirements set forth herein. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2021, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends June 28, 2021, at 11:59:59 PM EDT (“Promotion Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM EDT and ending at 11:59:59 PM EDT. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter the Sweepstakes, you'll first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”). Your account must be set to “public”. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com to create one. Instagram accounts are free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to the Instagram terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create an Instagram account or participate in this Sweepstakes. All existing and new Instagram users must follow @mylioapp. You can return your Instagram account to “private” any time after the winner announcement.

TO ENTER: 

[1] During the Promotion Period, go to https://Mylio.com/iJustineGiveaway to enter. 

[2] Complete the registration form providing your contact information, which will include your first and last name, phone number, email address, and Instagram handle; and

[3] Click the Submit button.

[4] You must follow @mylioapp on Instagram for the duration of the promotion and winner announcement.

Entrant must complete the entry form with all required information and click “SUBMIT” for the entry to be eligible.

Refer a Friend Bonus Entry: Entrants may obtain bonus entries by referring friends to enter the Sweepstakes. To refer a friend, follow the instructions on the Sweepstakes Page to share your unique link via Facebook, Twitter, or email. For each referred friend who successfully enters the Sweepstakes via your unique link, you will receive one (1) bonus entry. There is a maximum limit of twenty-five (25) referral entries. All referrals must satisfy the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email for the entire Promotion Period with the exception of the Bonus Entry.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of any potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email account used for entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that the person is the authorized account holder. 

DRAWING: A random drawing to select the Winner will be conducted on or about June 30, 2021, from among all eligible entries received by the Promotion Period end date. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s agent under the direction of Marden-Kane, Inc., (the “Administrator”), who is an independent organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize: a $5,000 Dream Camera: Winner’s choice of camera, accessories, and lenses valued up to $5,000 at Sponsor’s discretion, lifetime access to Mylio Premium, Seagate one touch 5TB external hard drive HDD, and personalized Mylio concierge service. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $8,129.99.

The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period.  For purposes of this Sweepstakes, the lifetime access to Mylio Premium is defined as an annual subscription for up to 30 years, is not assignable or transferable, is not for resale, and cannot be exchanged. Prize will terminate, such that the winner will no longer be entitled to lifetime access to Mylio Premium, earlier if one of the following occurs: (i) a change in control or ownership (as defined below) of Mylio and written notice to the prize winner at any time or (ii) the death of the prize winner.  A “change in control or ownership” will mean a material change in the beneficial ownership of Mylio as determined in the sole discretion of Mylio or its successor. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred, or redeemed for cash, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, where legal, of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only the advertised number of prizes and those claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will be awarded.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner (“Potential Winner”) will be notified by email or a private message to the Potential Winner's Instagram account on or about July 1, 2021.  Potential Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Affidavit”). Completed document must be returned within five (5) days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. If the Potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor or Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Sponsor/Administrator; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Sweepstakes and receive the prize, then that Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be notified. Prize must be accepted as awarded. 

PUBLICITY: Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor, and its designees may use the winner’s name, likeness, photo, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission, or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees shall have the right to edit, exploit, adapt, distribute, post, and create derivative works of, in whole or in part, and in combination with other materials, in any manner, for any advertising, promotional, trade, commercial, or other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment or consideration, notification, or permission.

RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, iJustine, INC f/s/o Justine Ezarik, Instagram Inc., Facebook Inc., Twitter, Inc., Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising or Sweepstakes agencies, and prize suppliers or partners, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of a prize.   

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority), an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.), or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted at https://Mylio.com/iJustineGiveaway; and Sponsor reserves the right to award prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated Entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing, typographical, or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the uploading, the processing, or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (v) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged entries; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems; malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; or any combination thereof. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any entry submission.

GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This Sweepstakes and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from persons participating in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy - Mylio. Each Entrant expressly agrees to the use personal information for such purpose. The Released Parties will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose information collected in any manner with third parties, other than those parties necessary to fulfill the above purposes, unless Entrant has given prior express consent to receive additional information from the Released Parties or a third party. 

WHO WON: The name of the Grand Prize Winner will be announced at https://Mylio.com/iJustineGiveaway and on Instagram on or about July 6, 2021, or after the Grand Prize Winner has been verified.
