Spritz Del Conte Spring Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Riboli Family Wine Estates, Inc. (the "Sponsor”) and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and marketing/prize providers (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), their distributors and retailers, alcohol beverage licensees (i.e., alcohol beverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers) and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is intended for personal participation only and not for commercial or trade purposes.
All sweepstakes entrants must be 21+ years of age and a US resident to enter.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Spritz Del Conte “Spring” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 09:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on May 4th, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period").
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Entrant (“Entrant” or “You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Committee as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the page https://woobox.com/k2d4jh and complete the entry form in its entirety by:
Provide your first name, last name, valid email address, city, ZIP code, and date of birth.
Check the box to agree to these Official Rules and submit (the “Entry”). The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Once everything is filled out, hit “Submit”.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Online Entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: You may only enter once. Therefore, only one (1) entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules; this will automatically disqualify you as an entrant.
PRIZES: Prize includes 1 $250 Gift Card, 1 Spritz Del Conte Branded Shirt, 1 Spritz Del Conte Branded Hat, 1 Spritz Del Conte Sunscreen, 1 Spritz Del Conte Lip Balm. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total items is $350. Winners are not entitled to any surplus between the actual retail value of the prize and the stated ARV, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the advertised prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
ALCOHOL IS NOT PART OF THE PRIZE: No alcohol will be awarded as part of this Sweepstakes. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period and reached out to via email from spritzdelconte@riboliwines.com during the week of May 4, 2026. The winners will be notified by the email they submitted in their entry, and they will have 24 hours to respond to Spritz Del Conte acknowledging communication and claiming their prize. The winner may be asked to fill out a Publicity Release form, as well as any other forms as required by Spritz Del Conte. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. After the winner confirms their win and provides shipping information, we’ll proceed to send the items. An alternate winner will be chosen if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE: All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The copyright in any Submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but entry into this Promotion constitutes the entrant’s irrevocable and perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation, with or without attribution, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display such Submission, and the entrant’s name and/or likeness, for any purpose, including but not limited to editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and publicity purposes by the Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, for the duration of the copyright in the Submission. Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify the Submission. All information collected through this form will not be sold to any third parties.
CONDITIONS: By entering this sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be solely responsible for and shall hold Spritz Del Conte and its agents harmless, in the event the entrant fails to comply with Spritz Del Conte's Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Spritz Del Conte is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading/uploading any materials related to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or errors of any kind. Spritz Del Conte reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In such circumstances, all winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. Spritz Del Conte also reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in the event an insufficient number of entries are received and/or an insufficient number of entries meet the minimum judging criteria.
