  2. Completing and submitting details on the Vodafone VeryMe prize draw entry form on the link provided is the only way to enter this prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Maximum of one entry per email address.
  4. The prize draw entry period commences on 21 September 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 04 October 2026.
  5. Entrants must be over the age of 21, UK resident and eligible to travel.
  6. Employees or agents of North America Travel Service, Explore Louisiana, and Vodafone Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  7. By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.

  9. The prize package includes:
    • Return flights to New Orleans from London Heathrow
    • 7 nights’ accommodation

  10. The prize package can be booked to depart any time up to 30 June 2026, subject to availability. Seasonal blackout periods apply, including but not limited to Easter, Christmas, bank holidays, public holidays and UK school holidays.
  11. All flights and accommodation are subject to availability. If any component listed is not available an alternative of a similar standard will be offered.
  12. North America Travel Service and  Explore Louisiana reserve the right to amend the prize package or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
  13. Personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, UK transfers, spending money, meals, tours and excursions and any other incidentals not shown as included, are the winner's responsibility, as are any chosen upgrades requested by the winner.
  14. The prize is non-transferable; the named prize winner must travel.
  15. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.
  16. The prize cannot be substituted or amended upon request.
  17. The designated car driver must be 25 years or older and hold a full, valid UK driving license (or equivalent). Drivers must present a ‘named driver’ credit card to cover any extra charges.
  18. UK citizens require a full passport and an ESTA for travel. Passport and visa requirements for citizens of other countries may vary. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure both travellers have valid passports (recommended validity of at least 6 months after your return travel date), ESTA and any visa required. Passports, Visas and ESTA are the responsibility of and at the cost of the prize winner. North America Travel Service cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
  19. A credit card is required at hotel check in to cover incidental charges.
  20. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have fully complied with all health and immunisation requirements for the country that they will be visiting.
  21. North America Travel Services standard booking conditions apply and can be supplied on request.
  22. The prize must be booked by 20 December 2026.
  23. Winners will be required to respond within 7 days in order to claim their prize. If we have not received a response within 7 days of contact, North America Travel Service will pick another winner.
  24. Once the prize has been booked, North America Travel Service will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligation if caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riot, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
  25. North America Travel Service will select 1 prize winner at random within 10 days of the prize draw ending, and contact them using the email address entered on the prize draw form.
  26. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be disqualified and an alternative entrant awarded the prize on the same basis described above.
  27. You must be a current Vodafone customer at the time you are contacted about winning, in order to claim the prize.
  28. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  29. Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by Vodafone, VeryMe, North America Travel Service and  Explore Louisiana for publicity purposes.
