OFFICIAL RULES AND CONSUMER DISCLOSURE 2022
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY: The Cheba Hut, Pabst Blue Ribbon and Fireball
Promotion (“PROMOTION”) is open only to U.S. residents who are at least 21 years old.
Employees of Cheba Hut, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and agencies, and their
immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses)
are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion begins at 10:00
AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 and ends at 4:20 PM (MT) on
Saturday, April 30, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. TO ENTER PROMOTION: (1) Click on the “Enter to Win” link on the promotions page; and (2)
Complete the entry form, including your name, email address, physical address and phone
number. Limit one Promotion entry per user or email address. Entrants must supply a valid
email address to enter. Cheba Hut is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected
Promotion entries.
3. HOW TO WIN: One prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will be chosen at random and contacted via
the email address provided in the entry at approximately 4:20 PM (MT) on Saturday, April 30,
2022.
4. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: The Prize Winner
will receive a Pabst-branded guitar, a Fireball-branded wakeboard, and a Fireball-branded
onesie, which will to be shipped to the Prize Winner’s physical address provided in their entry
form. The Prize Winner will also receive free Cheba Hut for a year, which consists of 52 Cheba
Hut vouchers which will be transmitted individually, once a week, to the Prize Winner’s Cheba
Hut mobile app account (see app details below). Vouchers are redeemable for one free 8”
Pinner Cheba Hut sandwich. Only one voucher may be redeemed per visit. Vouchers will be
valid for the week they are transmitted in the form of one (1) free Pinner-sized (8”) sub per
week, valid at all Cheba Hut locations. Approximate retail value of the prize is $829. Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. CLAIMING FREE CHEBA HUT PRIZE IN THE CHEBA HUT APP: The Free Cheba Hut Prize will be
obtained through Cheba Hut’s mobile app (“App”). In order to claim the Free Cheba Hut Prize,
the winner must be registered on Cheba Hut’s App. The App requires a name, email address,

and phone number to register. Cheba Hut will use the information provided in the entry form to
identify the Prize Winner’s account. No payment information is necessary to register on the
App.
6. PRIZE AWARD: Prize Winner will be contacted via email and instructed how to redeem the
prize. Prize Winner must claim their prize within 30 days the date of the email to receive the
prize. Prize Winner may be required to show valid identification showing her or she is at least
21 years of age to receive the prize. Taxes resulting from the acceptance of the prize are the
sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution allowed. Prize is not redeemable for cash
and no change will be given. Prize cannot be combined with any other offers. Unclaimed prize
will not be awarded. Promotion entries are subject to verification.
A potential Prize Winner also may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability
Release, including (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively,
“Prize Winner’s Declaration”). If a potential Prize Winner fails or refuses to sign and return the
Prize Winner’s Declaration within ten (10) days of receipt (or such shorter time if exigencies so
require), such winner may be disqualified. If a potential Prize Winner’s completion of the Prize
Winner’s Declaration establishes that the potential winner is not eligible to participate in the
Promotion, the Prize winner will be disqualified.
If a potential Prize Winner fails to respond in any of the time periods specified above, if any
notification or notification attempt is returned as undeliverable or as an error, or a potential
Prize Winner declines his or her Prize, then the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate
potential Prize Winner will be selected, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering the
Promotion or being selected as a potential Prize Winner, all participants and
potential/confirmed winners hereby consent to the use by the Released Parties of a Prize
Winner’s entry and all information contained therein including but not limited to, name,
likeness, opinions, images, statements and/or other indicia of persona, and personally
identifiable information (collectively “Likeness”), for any and all uses and purposes (including,
without limitation, for purposes of advertising and trade) in any media now known or
hereinafter developed in any manner throughout the world (including, without limitation, the
World Wide Web and on-air) in perpetuity without additional consideration (where legal),
consent or prior review, and upon request will provide written consent to such use. All
decisions of Sponsor relating to the Promotion are final.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Promotion, entrant agrees to these Official Rules. All
Promotion materials (including prize claims) submitted become the sole property of Cheba Hut
and can be used in future marketing campaigns online or otherwise. Promotion is subject to
applicable federal and state laws. By entering, entrant also agrees to release and hold Cheba
Hut, its franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any

and all claims and liabilities related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in Promotion.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s names, email address, physical
address, phone number, likenesses and/or biographical information for marketing purposes
without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited or as restricted by law.
Promotion entries are void if not obtained through authorized channels or if Promotion entry is
misdirected or otherwise not received. Cheba Hut is not responsible for lost or incomplete
entry forms, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries.
