Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is being promoted by Stewart Travel, a trading name of Stewart Travel Ltd, 20 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 5AP. Registered in Scotland No. SC400502.
2. Completing and submitting details on the competition entry form on the Stewart Travel website is the only way to enter this prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. Maximum of one entry per email address, plus bonus referral entries.
4. The prize draw entry period commences on 14 August 2026 and ends on 30 September 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 18, UK resident, and eligible to travel.
6. Employees or agents of Stewart Travel Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
7. By entering the prize draw, you confirm acceptance of these conditions.
8. The prize consists of 10-day South African safari with a stay at Mabula Game Lodge in a lead-in Superior Room on an All Inclusive basis, return economy flights from the UK and return airport transfers in South Africa.
9. The prize is valid for a maximum of two adults.
10. Valid departure dates: January 2027-December 2028. The winner will be asked to provide three preferred departure dates within the valid travel period. Every effort will be made to secure one of these dates; however, if none are available, the nearest suitable alternative may be offered.
11. Additional passengers may be added, subject to availability. Any additional costs must be paid by the prize winner.
12. Stewart Travel reserves the right to amend the prize or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
13. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be extended, and the named prize winner must travel.
14. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.
15. Holiday booking conditions apply.
16. Stewart Travel will select 1 prize winner at random on 01 October 2026. The winners will be notified by email within 7 working days.
17. The prize must be booked by 28 February 2027.
18. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact the prize winner using the contact details provided, but if there is no response within 7 days of the initial notification, they will be disqualified, and another winner may be selected at Stewart Travel’s discretion.
19. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by Stewart Travel for publicity purposes.
