• The prize draw will open for entries at 12 noon Monday 30th November
• A draw will be held each day starting 12 noon Tuesday 1st December until Thursday 24th December
• Winners will be notified via the email provided and the name of the winners will be published on our Facebook page
  
• Only one entry is required. Entrants will automatically be placed into all subsequent 24 Days in December draws.
• Prizes are as follows: 1-10 December 10 x David Urquhart calendars each day (total 100 calendar winners), 11-20 December 2 x £10 David Urquhart gift vouchers each day (total 20 £10 gift voucher winners), 21-22 December 1 x £50 David Urquhart gift voucher each day, 23 December 1 x £75 David Urquhart gift voucher
• Prizes will be sent to the address given on the entry form using UK standard postal services only.
• Final prize on 24th December is a 5 day Early Bird UK coach holiday for two from one of our standard UK departure points only. 
• Final prize will be arranged over the telephone after initial contact using the email given on the entry form.
• Departure date must be between January 1st 2016 and March 31st 2016
• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of David Urquhart Travel and associated companies.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  
• Proof of identity and age may be required.
  
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• The prize is as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. Prize is subject to availability and David Urquhart's standard booking conditions.
• David Urquhart Travel reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the draw.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, David Urquhart Travel reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by David Urquhart Travel relating to any post-winning publicity.
• The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, David Urquhart Travel reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The name of the winner will be available by writing into David Urquhart Travel no earlier than six weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition. Only the surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
