NOTICE: This Sweepstakes is intended for legal residents aged twenty-one (21) or older of the United States and the District of Columbia only. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law, or where Sponsor is unable to obtain regulatory approvals or determines that an entrant is ineligible. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not eligible and are not located in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Internet access as of December 1st, 2025 and a valid email address are required to enter. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By submitting an entry, you understand that you are submitting your information to Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant waives, discharges and releases Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Riboli Family Wine Estates (the "Sponsor”) and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and marketing/prize providers (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), their distributors and retailers, alcohol beverage licensees (i.e., alcohol beverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers) and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All sweepstakes entrants must be 21+ years of age and a US resident to enter. 
  2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Spritz Del Conte “Après-ski” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 AM PT on March 1, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period").
  3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“Contestant” or “You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Committee as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
  4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the page www.spritzdelconte.com/apres-ski and complete the entry form in its entirety by:
    1. Provide your first name, last name, email address, city, zip code, and date of birth.
    2. Check the box to agree to these Official Rules and submit (the “Entry”). The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Once everything is filled out hit “Submit”.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Online Contestants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: You may only enter once. Therefore, only one (1) entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules; this will automatically disqualify you as a contestant. 

  1. PRIZES: There will be one grand prize winner who will win: 1 IKON Pass for 2026-2027 Season. Includes 60+ destinations with NO BLACKOUTS. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total items is $1,500.00. Winners are not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value of prize and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the advertised prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value. ALCOHOL IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF ANY PRIZE. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
  2. NO AFFILIATION WITH IKON PASS® OR ALTERRA MOUNTAIN COMPANY: The Sweepstakes and prize are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with IKON Pass®, Alterra Mountain Company, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The IKON Pass included in the prize package is purchased or provided independently by the Sponsor solely as a giveaway item. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not IKON Pass® or Alterra Mountain Company.
  3. ALCOHOL IS NOT PART OF THE PRIZE: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
  4. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: The winners will be selected by at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period and reached out to via email from spritzdelconte@riboliwines.com during the week of March 1, 2026. The winners will be notified by the email they submitted in their entry, and they will have 24 hours to respond back to Spritz Del Conte acknowledging communication and claiming their prize. The winner may be asked to fill out a Publicity Release form, as well as any other forms as required by Spritz Del Conte. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. After winner(s) confirms their win and provides shipping information, we’ll proceed to send IKON pass. An alternate winner will be chosen if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules.
  5. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE: All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The copyright in any Submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but entry into this Promotion constitutes the entrant’s irrevocable and perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation, with or without attribution, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display such Submission, and the entrant’s name and/or likeness, for any purpose, including but not limited to editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and publicity purposes by the Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, for the duration of the copyright in the Submission. Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify the Submission. All information collected through this form will not be sold to any third parties.
  6. CONDITIONS: By entering this sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be solely responsible for and shall hold Spritz Del Conte and its agents harmless, in the event entrants fail to comply with Spritz Del Conte's Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Spritz Del Conte is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading/uploading any materials related to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or errors of any kind. Spritz Del Conte reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In such circumstances, all winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. Spritz Del Conte also reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in the event an insufficient number of entries are received and/or an insufficient number of entries meet the minimum judging criteria. When you submit your entry, you are also opting into the Spritz Del Conte email newsletter, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
