ASUS Philippines is offering an exclusive pre-order bundle promotion for early-bird customers who will place advance order of ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) from August 14 to August 31, 2022. Customers can get exclusive early bird bundle worth P15,000+ which includes ASUS Zen Gimbal and Marshall IV Major Wireless Bluetooth Headphones.

1. Pre-order for the ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) will be available from August 14 to August 31, 2022 only

2.Pre-order units are available for reservation at select ASUS concept stores and authorized IT Multibrand stores only.

3. A cash down payment of PHP 5,000.00 will be required to fully secure the reservation of ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) unit at the selected store/dealer. This fee will be deducted from the total SRP per unit.

4. Customers who successfully place their reservation can now log on to https://ph.asus.click/ZenbookPro16XOLEDPreOrder to register their pre-ordered Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) for eligibility to claim the early bird bundle items. (End-user who place pre-orders but were not able to register will not be valid to claim the pre-order bundles) 

5. Customers will be required to fill-out their personal information and upload the following documents as proof of pre-order in the registration link. 

6. All valid pre-orders will receive an email from ASUS Philippines 3-5 working days after successful registration.

7. Customers will receive a notification from the store once the freebies and stocks of Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) are available for claiming/delivery starting September 1, 2022.

8. The balance must be paid in full before the unit and freebies can be claimed/released. (Available payment options may vary depending on dealer/stores accepted payment methods)

9. To claim the bundled freebies, end-user must be able to present the following to the store.

a. Official Pre-Order Collection Receipt or Dealer/Store Email Confirmation.

b. ASUS Email Confirmation as valid pre-order.

c. At least 2 Valid Government ID of the customer with signature (Original or Photocopy).

d. Valid Government ID of the representative with signature and Authorization Letter (Original or Photocopy) - required only if an authorized representative will be claiming on behalf of the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED early pre-order bundle official promo period starts from August 14, 2022 The promo shall officially end on to August 31, 2022

2. Employees of ASUS Philippines, its advertising, PR and events agencies, distributors and dealers and promoters including their employees and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo. 

3. The pre-order reservation fee of PHP 5,000.00 is non-refundable. 

4. The pre-order reservation fee is valid up to October 31, 2022 only. The reservation of unit and claiming of pre-order freebies will be forfeited if buyer cannot claim the unit and pay the full amount within the given time period.

5. Promo exclusives are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.

6. The customers must give valid information to avail the exclusive items that will be sent out from ASUS Philippines Headquarters.

a. Incorrect or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.

b. Authorized re-sellers and dealers may not submit claims on behalf of the customer.

7. Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed. 

8. Standard warranty terms will also apply to laptops purchased only during the same transaction.
