BLUE RHINO WIN A RHINO TRIP SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE, DONATION OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making a donation will not help you win. Your chances of winning without making a donation are the same as the chances of someone who makes a donation Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in US Territories, AK and HI, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsors are the International Rhino Foundation, and Ferrellgas, L.P. d/b/a Blue Rhino. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors and of the Sweepstakes Administrator, along with their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents and agencies (together with the Sponsors and the Sweepstakes Administrator, the “Sponsor Parties”) and each of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and/or spouses), regardless of where they live, or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on June 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Please remember to account for any time difference considering your time zone of residence when entering the Sweepstakes.

3. To enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, either: (i) scan the QR code on the wrapper of the Blue Rhino propane tank from your local retail store from your mobile device, or (ii) directly go to Bluerhino.com/IRF26. To enter by donating to the International Rhino Foundation, click on the donate button and follow the instructions. You will receive 550 entries for a donation of $1,000 or more; 250 entries for a donation of $500; 100 entries for a donation of $250; 30 entries for a donation of $100; 12 entries for a donation of $50; and 5 entries for a donation of $25. To enter for free without donating, click on the enter button follow the instructions to enter your submission information. You will receive additional entries by posting the custom sharing link provided to social media. Limit of one (1) additional entry per share. There is no limit to the number of shares. To share via social media, your account settings must be set to “public.” The QR code scan method of entry is designed to work with all currently available apps, but Sponsors make no guarantee that any particular app or mobile device that is used will be capable of submitting an entry.

4. Limit of 100 entries per person or household, by any entry method, during the Sweepstakes Period; and limit of two (2) Sweepstakes entries per person or household, per day, by the free entry method, including entries generated by the social sharing method, during the Sweepstakes Period. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:01 a.m. CST and ending at 11:59 p.m. CST. Additional free entries beyond the limits above received from the same person or household on the same day will be automatically eliminated, and Sponsors may disqualify any and all entries from such person. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated or mechanical means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. Entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

5. Prize: One Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Longneck Manor in Fredericksburg, Texas. Grand Prize includes a two-night stay in a private, two-bedroom villa at Longneck Manor; a Rhinory “Member for a Day” VIP experience for two; and a transportation and meal allowance. The lodging and VIP experience will be awarded in the form of a voucher, and the air/ground transportation and meal allowance will be awarded in the form of a $2,200 prepaid Visa card. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply to use of the prize voucher, and use of the prepaid Visa card is subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions. Total Approximate Retail Value of the combined Grand Prize offered is $5,760.00. Prize must be booked and used by the Winner no later than December 30, 2026. Sponsor Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any blackout days or other travel restrictions, flight cancellations, delays or other issues that interrupt or prevent travel. Winner must arrange all travel and is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. All other costs associated with use and acceptance of the prize, such as air/ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, gratuities and other travel expenses above the $2,200 prepaid Visa card allowance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize amount awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be made. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

6. The Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to take place on or about June 30, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Garvin Promotion Group, LLC, an independent Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor Parties shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, such potential winner will forfeit the prize award and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner and travel guest will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a Publicity/Liability Release. Guest must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the trip, unless the child or legal ward of winner, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance/award of the prize. If guest is a child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Failure to sign and return such requested documents by the return date specified in the Prize notification will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate potential winner.

7. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor Parties, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant hereby (a) releases and agrees to hold harmless, the Sponsor Parties from any loss, damage, expense, rights, claims, demands, promises and actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, and, (b) agrees not to pursue any right, claim or action against the Sponsor Parties or prize providers in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes. Winner grants to Sponsor Parties the right to use his or her name, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with all relevant tax regulations. Winner will be issued a Form 1099-MISC or any other required documentation reflecting the total value of the prize for the tax year in which it is awarded. This information will be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and applicable state tax agencies, as required by law.

8. Sponsor Parties are not responsible for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or filtered, jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Sponsor Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, printing or display of the QR code, or communications line failures. Sponsor Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of Sweepstakes. Sponsor Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer, mobile telephone or other device, related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.

9. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor Parties, is not capable of running as planned by reason of any causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, and determine winners from entries appropriately received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsors. In the event of dispute concerning the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the email account associated with the Entry.

10. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and brought only in the state or federal courts serving Clay County, Missouri. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize or interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies and criminal prosecution against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
