1. Eligibility
Anyone 18 or over is eligible to enter the monthly Doc Love Dating Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship
This contest is managed by Onward and Upward, LLC (“OAU”).
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering your contest, participants agree to abide by the OAU’s Official Rules and decisions. OAU retains the sole right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. You agree by entering this contest that you agree to accept the decision of OAU as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
Contest begins and ends January 1, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on December 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. All times are reflected in U.S. Eastern Time.
5. How to Enter
Enteries can be made solely via the online form for the Doc Love Dating Giveaway found at https://woobox.com/ptrhqm – there are no other means of entry – limit of one entry per person.
6. Prizes
Winners will receive PDF versions of Doc Love’s best books including THE SYSTEM, AND MASTERY IV-VII – 5 TOTAL BOOKS valued at $495. These books will be delivered via email to the winner so a valid email address must be provided with the contest entry. A high speed internet connection capable of downloading large files may be required to download the books. The electronic books are in PDF format and it assumed that the winner will have the proper software or apps to download and open the files. OAU is not responsible if the winner cannot download the prize nor will OAU provide any alternate prize. This prize is not transferable to another party nor eligible to be exchanged for cash. By accepting the prize winner’s grant OAU permission to use their entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds
Each person has an equal chance to win as there is only 1 entry per person.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Each month in 2021 & 2022 OAU will select a winner (24 total winners) for the prize at random and will notify the winner within 30 days of selecting the winner. The winner will have 7 days upon receipt of the notification to claim their prize or it will be forfeit and it will go to another winner, also selected at random. OAU is not responsible for internet outages, improperly filled out entries with the wrong email address, or lack of receipt of the notification if it falls into a junk or spam folder.
OAU is not responsible for the winners inability to accept the prize – please check your local laws to ensure you may accept the prize. OAU is a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania and is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania – any disputes arising out of or with respect to this Contest shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and Federal, located in the City of Erie, Pennsylvania and each of the Parties expressly consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Upon submission of an entry into the contest, you grant OAU the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
10. Terms & Conditions
OAU will select a winner monthly based on the number of eligible entries received. OAU reserves the right, at their sole discretion to disqualify any participant if it is deemed that they violated any of these rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
Your entry into this contest or sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless OAU and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize. Neither party shall have any liability hereunder for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of profit or business opportunities, whether or not the party was advised of the possibility of such.
12. Disputes
In the event of any controversy, dispute of claim between the parties, such disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Both parties understand and agree that by using arbitration that they are giving up any right they may have to a judge or jury trial with regard to those claims.

16. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the contest, you agree that you have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules listed herein.
