ROVER’S PUP-FRIENDLY WATCH PARTY– EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OFFICIAL RULES in partnership with Stoup Brewing and Seattle Humane Society

Organizers: A Place for Rover Inc (“Rover”), Critical Juncture LLC DBA Stoup Brewing Ballard/Stoup Brewing Capitol Hill (“Stoup Brewing”) and The Humane Society for Seattle / King County (“Seattle Humane Society”)

Event Overview

1.1 Rover in partnership with Seattle Humane Society is organizing and participating in pup-friendly Watch Parties at Stoup Brewing Ballard (1108 NW 52nd St, Seattle, WA 98107) on June 25, 2026:

1.2. Promotional Activities: Attendees may participate in:

Photo Booth: Professional digital photo booth. By participating, attendees consent to the use of their photos for Rover social media/marketing.
Pet Food Drive: Donations benefit the Seattle Humane Society. Qualifying donations receive $50 in Rover credits (new users only) and a goodie bag including Rover branded swag (up to $50).
Charitable Donation: For every drink sold during the first half of the soccer match, Rover will donate $1 from each sale to Seattle Humane Society (up to $1,000).
In-person Sweepstakes: Open to all event attendees who meet the eligibility requirements. Opportunity to win $100 in Rover credits and a goodie bag including Rover branded swag (up to a $50 value).

Please note that specific eligibility requirements, dynamic details, limits, and validation criteria for each of these activities are explained in full detail further below in these Terms and Conditions. Participants are strictly required to read these sections carefully before participating, as failure to comply with the detailed rules will result in disqualification.

1.3 Liability & Safety:

Pet Responsibility: All pets must be kept on-leash and under the control of their owners at all times. Owners are solely responsible for their pets' behavior and any damage or injury caused by them.
Liability Waiver: By entering the venue, all the attendees explicitly release Rover, Stoup Brewing, and Seattle Humane Society from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property (including pets) arising from participation in the event or presence at the venue. Nothing in this release limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Only one (1) entry per person for the in-person Sweepstakes is allowed. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older to participate in the Promotional Activities. Entrants must also be legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia -

2.2 Directors, officers and employees of Rover and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, development and promotional partners, and advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each, are not eligible to win any prizes.

3. Promotional Activities

3.1. Pet Food Drive Specifics

All participants who bring donated items meeting the condition requirements below will receive a Rover-branded goodie bag, and $50 in Rover credits. Limit one (1) goodie bag and $50 in Rover credits per participant, while supplies last.

Donation Condition Requirements: All donated items must meet the following criteria to be accepted:

Sealed & Unopened Pet Food: Items must be completely unopened and factory-sealed.
Expiration Date: All items must have a clearly visible expiration date, valid for at least three (3) months from the date of the event.
Item Condition: Any bags, cans, or packaging that are damaged, dented, or leaking will be automatically disqualified.
Finality: Participants acknowledge that all donations are final and non-refundable. Rover or the Seattle Humane Society reserves the right to decline any donation at its sole discretion.

Prize Breakdown & Limitations: The Pet Food Drive rewards consist of:

Rover Coupon Credits: Coupon is subject to applicable terms. Applies only to new http://rover.com customers (one per household) using a valid, unexpired coupon to book a service for the first time through http://rover.com. The $50 coupon value will appear in your Rover account once redeemed and will be applied toward qualifying service(s) purchased (not including applicable taxes, if any) in a single booking. Any coupon value in excess of amount of first booking will be forfeited. May not be combined with other offers. No processing fee. Void where prohibited. Bookings and services are subject to the http://rover.com Terms of Service. Promotion code may not be re-posted to other websites without http://rover.com approval. Coupon redemptions are strictly limited to a maximum total of 150 coupons nationwide. Meeting the donation criteria does not guarantee a reward if the maximum cap of 150 coupons has already been reached. Offer may be changed, modified, or canceled by Rover at any time. Rover Swag: A goodie bag including Rover-branded swag (up to a $50 value). Rover will distribute a maximum of 150 goodie bags.

Logistics & Liability: The Seattle Humane Society is solely responsible for the collection, logistics, and pickup of all donated items. Rover accepts no liability for the quality or condition of donated items, nor for any issues arising from the handling, distribution, or use of these items by the Seattle Humane Society.

3.2. Charitable Donation Specifics

For every drink sold during the first half of the soccer match, Rover will donate $1 from each sale to Seattle Humane Society (up to $1,000).

The monetary donations will be made directly from Rover to Seattle Humane Society.

Donations to Seattle Humane Society will be capped at $1,000.

3.3. In-Person Sweepstakes Specifics and Prize

Open to all event attendees present at Stoup Brewing Ballard during the match starting at 7:00 p.m. on June 25, 2026, who meet the eligibility requirements. Limit one (1) physical Sweepstakes ticket entry per person

Prize Breakdown: The Sweepstakes Prize consists of:

$100 in Rover credits to be used for services booked on the Platform in the US (subject to applicable terms).
A goodie bag including Rover-branded swag (up to a $50 value).

Winner Selection & Notification: There will be one (1) winner selected for the in-person Sweepstakes. The winner will be selected at 8:15 pm on June 25, 2026 via a random drawing of the physical Sweepstakes entries collected during the event. The winner must be present to win and will be announced in-person. If the selected winner is not present or does not respond within fifteen (15) minutes of the announcement to provide their contact information after their number is drawn, Rover reserves the right to draw an alternate winner immediately during the event. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.

Prize Redemption Conditions: To redeem and use the prize, the winner must create a free account either through the Rover app or on the Rover website. This account must be registered using the exact name and personal information provided during the In-Person Sweepstake. If the winner chooses not to create the account with these matching details, or does not do so within 14 days of being awarded, the prize cannot be claimed and will be forfeited.

4. General terms for Prizes

The prizes are non-transferable.

The prizes are as stated and the winner acknowledges that the winner is not entitled to obtain another product or cash alternative from Rover. However, Rover reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize.

All applicable expenses not specified in the prize descriptions are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

If a prize is not accepted by a winner in accordance with the terms above, Rover may select another winner via the same process used to select the initial winner.

5. General Terms and Disclaimers

5.1 Rover shall be entitled to terminate, suspend or modify any of the Promotional Activities or to modify these Official Rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on any Rover or Rover-controlled website or webpage.

5.2 Failure to comply with any aspect of these Official Rules will result in the immediate invalidation of your Entry. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Rover shall be final and binding, and cannot be appealed.

5.3 Rover reserves the right to promote this Promotional Activities on Rover, Facebook.com, Instagram.com, X (formally Twitter.com), LinkedIn.com, any other other platform or channel that Rover may elect in its discretion (as applicable, a “Host Platform”), subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of such Host Platform, as applicable.

5.4 Rover shall be under no obligation to run the Promotional Activities or award prizes in the event it is unable to do so due to circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. You agree that by entering these Promotional Activities, Rover will not be liable for such events described in the preceding sentence.

5.5 By entering the Sweepstakes or by participating in the Photo Booth, you grant to Rover (and any division, subsidiaries or affiliates of Rover), without additional compensation: (a) the right to use and publish your name, your social media handle(s), likeness, photograph and other submission information, and (b) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to display, publish, reproduce, communicate to the public, perform, distribute, adapt, edit, modify, translate, create derivative works based on, and otherwise use and sublicense, your entry, or any portion thereof, via Facebook, Instagram, X, Rover’s website, and in Rover’s trade, advertising or other promotional materials in any media, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from you or any third party. For these purposes, you (or the photographer/creator of the Entry, if not you) waive all “moral rights” under any applicable law to either object to modification of your Entry or require artistic credit in conjunction with your Entry. To the extent such waivers are not permitted by applicable law, you (or the photographer/creator) agree not to enforce such moral rights against Rover.

5.6 You agree that it is your sole responsibility to obtain all permissions and releases necessary for the grant of the rights contained in these Official Rules. You also agree to take, at Rover’s expense (but without compensation to you), any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits, licenses, and other documents) reasonably requested by Rover to effect, perfect, or confirm Rover’s rights set forth in these Official Rules. Rover will have no obligation to publish, use or retain any Entry you submit or to return any such Entry to you.

5.7 Personal data provided to Rover for the purpose of entering the Promotional Activities will be processed in accordance with the Rover Privacy Statement and as otherwise set out in these Official Rules.

5.8 Rover will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error in the administration of these Promotional Activities and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this Promotional Activities. By entering these Promotional Activities, you release Rover, each applicable Host Platform and each of their respective affiliates and representatives from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Promotional Activities or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use a prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, and damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), or warranty, or any other theory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Rover does not exclude or limit liability for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5.9 These Promotional Activities shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, and all disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Washington state or federal courts. These Promotional Activities are subject to all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, and are void where prohibited.

Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.
