1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The sponsor of this sweepstakes is (the "Sponsor").
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins on and ends on (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit the sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with your full name and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
6. Bonus Entries
After completing your initial entry, you may earn additional bonus entries by sharing your unique referral link or by completing optional actions such as following the Sponsor on Instagram. For each new eligible entrant who completes a valid entry through your referral link, you will receive (3) bonus entries into the sweepstakes drawing. Bonus entry quantities are determined at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Prizes
The prize to be awarded is: (1) $100 Grocery Gift Card to Whole Foods, Target, Cub Foods, Walmart, Aldi, Trader Joe’s or any grocery retailer operating in the State of Minnesota that provides online gift cards. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
9. Rights Granted by You
By entering this sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. You are also agreeing to receive email communications from David Daily, REALTOR®.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the administration of this sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties except as necessary to administer the sweepstakes and award prizes.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures, human error, or other issues that may affect participation.
