Rules and Terms of Restaurant Voucher Program

DINE IN DOWNTOWN SUMMER 2020

The city of Clearwater's Community Redevelopment Agency is offering a limited time voucher program. The voucher is a $20 credit at participating downtown restaurants, cafés and bars in Downtown Clearwater during nights and weekends, July 1 through August 31. Residents can redeem vouchers on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, with a limit of one voucher per resident. 

Agreement Check- I agree to only submit an entry for one voucher, and I am a resident of the City of Clearwater. I have read and reviewed the rules, terms and conditions for participation in program. 

Sharing Link Information- The Community Redevelopment Agency is offering a limited time, limited quantity voucher. The voucher is $20 credit towards the bill at Downtown Pizza after 5 p.m. weekdays and anytime on the weekend.

No Purchase is necessary to enter. All State, Federal, Local, and Municipal Laws and Regulations Apply. Void Where Prohibited. 

Eligibility Requirements: Must be a resident of the city of Clearwater. Applicants must fill out an interest form online to participate. Interest forms can be found at https://downtownclearwater.com/summer-2020-dining-program. 

Vouchers can only be redeemed starting July 1 through August 31, 2020 for use after 5 p.m. on weekdays and anytime an establishment is open on the weekend. All vouchers will be sent to residents on a first-come, first-served basis via email following the June 26 deadline for use at participating downtown restaurants, cafes and bars. One voucher will be provided to residents for one time use only. 

Terms & Conditions 

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA or Agencyreserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, all eligible entries received prior to and/or after, the CRA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or violates these Terms & Conditions. 

The CRA  has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void voucher entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different email addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules.
