References to sexual innuendo, drug use and / or other activities deemed not conducive to a family presentation will subject photo to disqualification. All decisions are final. The Count Basie Center for the Arts reserves the right to end this contest at any time without notification or prizes awarded.

Grand prize package will be available at the box office for pickup starting Monday, December 2^nd at noon. Valid ID belonging to the contest winner must be presented for redemption. Event tickets are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be offered -- for example, we don't have tickets to the artist's other shows at the theater, or any other venue, nor can we offer tickets to a different show.

Winning contestant must be 18 years of age or older. Winner will be chosen at random by the Woobox contesting app on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at noon in the marketing offices at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, 99 Monmouth Street, Red Bank NJ. This event may be postponed, at which time the Basie reserves the right to offer tickets to the make-up show.
