1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
- Open to New Zealand residents and citizens only.
- Entrants under 18 require parent/guardian consent to enter.
- Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and immediate families are ineligible.
3. Key Dates (NZT)
- Entries open: 1 April 2026, 00:01 NZT.
- Entries close: 31 July 2026, 23:59 NZT.
- Judging: August 2026; Winners notified by September 2026.
4. How to Enter
- Submit an original photograph via the official entry page hosted on the Promoter’s website (Woobox embedded form).
- Provide required details: name, contact information, postal code, image caption.
- Agree to these T&Cs and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.
- Multiple entries permitted provided each entry is substantially different.
5. Image Requirements
- Landscape orientation only; minimum width 3000 pixels; high‑resolution JPEG preferred.
- No watermarks, borders, or AI‑generated imagery; basic tonal/colour edits permitted.
- Images must authentically depict safe and responsible farming practices in New Zealand.
6. Consent & Releases
- Entrants warrant they hold all rights in the image.
- Where identifiable people appear, the entrant must obtain written model consent; for private property, property owner consent may be required.
- The Promoter may request proof of consents for shortlisted or winning images.
7. Content Standards
- No offensive, unsafe, or misleading content; the Promoter may reject any entry that breaches standards or these T&Cs.
- Entries must be the entrant’s original work and not infringe third‑party rights.
8. Prizes
- Cover Shot Winner: A Prezzy card valued at $500.
- Monthly Page Winners (12): Each receives a Prezzy card valued at $250.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash; the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
9. Selection of Winners
- Judging panel will assess eligible entries against criteria including theme relevance, technical quality, storytelling, regional diversity, and calendar suitability.
- The Promoter may use public voting as an engagement mechanism; final winners will be confirmed by the judging panel.
- The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Notification & Verification
- Winners will be notified via the contact details supplied with their entry and may be required to supply higher‑resolution files and consent forms within 14 days.
- If a winner is unable to be contacted the promoter may award the prize to the next ranked entry
11. Licence & Use of Entries
- Entrants retain ownership of their images but grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and communicate the images for marketing, promotional, editorial, and calendar production purposes in any media, including social media and websites.
- The Promoter may edit or crop images for presentation and design needs while preserving integrity.
- No additional compensation will be paid beyond the stated prizes.
12. Privacy
- Personal information is collected to administer the promotion, contact entrants, deliver prizes, and—where opt‑in is given—sent Barenbrug marketing communications.
- Where services or storage are provided by third parties (e.g., campaign platform providers), appropriate safeguards will be applied for any cross‑border disclosures.
13. Publicity
- By entering, winners consent to reasonable publicity (name, region, and image) without further compensation.
14. General
- The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these T&Cs.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded.
