Official Rules for The Big Game Giveaway

Sponsor

The Big Game Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is hosted by the Independent Grocers Alliance (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends on February 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

To enter, visit https://woobox.com/sgep7g during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) new TV, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $600.
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 13, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within a specified time frame.

Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Disputes

All disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes will be resolved under the laws of the state where the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Winners List

To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
[Sponsor Address], Attn: The Big Game Giveaway, by March 31, 2026.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
