NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Open to Australian residents, 13 years and over.
Competition Opens Dec 7, 2020, 12:01AM and closes January 31 2021, 11:59PM AEST.
One grand prize winner will be drawn on February 28 2018 at Energetiks, 19 McGregors Drive, Keilor Park VIC 3042.
The winner will receive:

An Energetiks product pack valued at $500
Opportunity to be the 2021 Energetiks VDF Regional ambassador
Free entry to 2021 Energetiks VDF and all the classes and events valued at $500
Total prize value: $1500+
The winner will be chosen by Energetiks at their discretion, based on the dancer's online responses and look. All entrants must provide their name, email address, state, date of birth, 2 photos (as outlined on entry form), and answer the question: "What does "Dance For Life" mean to you?
Entries must be made using the online form. No email or mail entries will be accepted. Only one entry per person.
Any entrant submitting inappropriate photos will be disqualified. Children under 18 years of age must receive permission from his/her parents to enter the competition and submit photos. Energetiks, Dance Informa and VDF have the right to use the submitted photos to promote the competition, at their discretion.
The winner’s name, state and photos may be published on DanceInforma.com, Energetiks.com.au and Victoriandancefestival.com/www.vdf.com.au, as well as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. All entrants will be given a free subscription to Dance Informa and will receive Dance Informa magazine and messages via email.
No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted. By accepting any of the aforementioned prizes, prize winner agrees to release Dance Informa, Energetiks and Victorian Dance Festival from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the competition or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse or failure to use any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or travelling to and from any prize-related activity. The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Only the listed prizes will be awarded. There are no substitutions unless specified by Dance Informa, Energetiks and VDF. Dance Informa, Energetiks and Victorian Dance Festival reserve the right at their sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value. Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Competition Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize offered, or participation in this competition.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dance Informa, Energetiks and Victorian Dance Festival, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the competition or these Official Rules. Dance Informa, Energetiks and Victorian Dance Festival are the final interpreters of these Official Rules and the decisions of these organisations are final in all matters relating to the Official Rules.
