The Contest is open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the United States. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and who are not an employee, officer or director of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries. Participation in any part of the Contest constitutes a participant’s agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the contest officials and such decisions shall be final.
