MINI BBQ Run – Drive Waiver

The registrant agrees to the following:

• Flow MINI of Raleigh, Flow Automotive, MINI USA, and Pik N Pig, assumes no liability for damage to vehicles, transporters, personal property, or personal injury. Insurance is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Registrant releases, those included above as well as committees, staff, directors, volunteers, and other event participants, from any and all liability arising out of or related to Flow Automotive events.
• I understand that the parties mentioned above shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment and related costs if I am injured, and that participation is at my own risk.
• At all times, I shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to me by the event staff.
• I hereby irrevocably consent to and grant Flow Automotive the exclusive and unlimited right to use and reproduce any and all photographs, slides, moving pictures, audio and visual recordings or testimonial accounts taken during, before and after this event that contain my name, image, voice, likeness or account, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including, without limitation, television, radio, print media and distribution over the internet, for illustration, exhibition, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, hearings, educational conferences, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever, either with or without my name or photo accompanying such use. I waive the right to inspect, approve or edit any such use or reproduction, and the parties mentioned above may make any and all changes, modifications, rearrangements, additions or deletions in its use reproductions without any approval. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised.
• The MINI BBQ Run is a rain or shine event and vehicle owners should be prepared to shield their vehicles if necessary.

With the written signature below I have read, understood and agree to the terms above, and no oral representations, statements or inducement apart from this written agreement have been made.
