Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and in-laws) and those living in the same household are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on July 19, 2026 and ends on August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
How to Enter:
To enter, eligible participants must visit the official contest page hosted by Woobox on the Skull Rock Podcast website and submit their name and email address as required. Additional entry opportunities may be available by following Skull Rock Podcast on our social media channels (X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) as specified on the entry page. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Use of automated systems, bots, or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Prize:
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) pre-release hardcover copy of Walt Disney - World War II by Dave Bossert. Winners will receive their books prior to the official November 2026 on-sale date. Approximate retail value: $[Insert Value].
Shipping:
Free standard shipping within the United States. International winners (outside the United States) are responsible for all shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other applicable costs. International winners must pay the shipping amount via Venmo within 72 hours of notification or forfeit the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The three (3) winners will be chosen at random by a computer randomizer based on the number of completed entries. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. The three (3) contest winners will be notified via email (please check your junk/spam email folder) within approximately 5–7 business days after the end of the Entry Period with instructions on where to ship the book. To claim the prize, each potential winner must respond within 72 hours and provide a complete shipping address (and Venmo payment for international shipping, if applicable). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability Waiver and Release:
By entering and/or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to: (i) any technical failures or malfunctions; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) any injury, damage, or loss (including death) to persons or property, whether direct or indirect, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; and (iv) any printing, typographical, or other errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or is submitted in bad faith. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions. In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
